Ivette was attentive the moment we walked through the door, my son had broke his glasses and needed glasses right away, because of my son prescription they could not do it same day she called another store for us, she did everything she could and although his prescription is tough to do one day in the end we had to order it, because of her lovely service I appreciated her for it I went ahead and ordered. We can't always get what we want right away but having that type of service and treatment made me feel at ease and happy. We appreciate Ivette for her service and I plan to bring the whole family to eye glass world.

He also explained everything to me where I could understand. At checkout Melissa was super helpful and friendly and talked over everything. Darren had my new lens made within a half hour. I entered very nervous but Left very happy and satisfied.

Melissa and Ivette were incredibly helpful. I have been needing new glasses for sometime and I loved that I was able to go in and get them done same day. I have bad eye sight and astigmatism, I wasn't confident my lenses would be on hand, but they were! Both ladies made the process quick and painless. I am an Over the Road Nationwide Trucker, and my glasses are indispensable for working 12 to 16 hrs a day... I came in to the North Lakeland, FL, store as soon as they were opened at 9 am. I explained I had no time, & I was in the process of going to pick up a Load, that I had lost my glasses the day before, & that I needed a pair of glasses made as of yesterday. They urgently went to work, & I was out of the store with my new 2 pair of glasses in 22 minutes. That's a record for me!

Well, I walked into the store Saturday mid morning, I was greeted as soon as I came in with my wife, Melissa asked if we needed frames or we were good to go. I said we only need to change out lenses, took her time went over everything I was able to use my same frames that I had to put New lenses in, and also I needed some information about a certain doctors for the eye, and she went above and beyond, but helping find some referral so I can go to.
Couldn't ask for a better customer service that Melissa gave to me it's Saturday, October 4 so if you ever go into the store, ask for Melissa thank you so much.
