I truly don't know where I would be without Dr. Julieta Ryder. If it weren't for her dedication and persistence, I honestly don't know if I would still have my vision today. She goes above and beyond for her patients in a way that is rare to find. Dr. Ryder and her incredible team helped me get treatment for my Thyroid Eye Disease with a medication that would have been completely unaffordable otherwise. She fought tirelessly with my insurance to make sure the treatment was approved and covered -- something I will always be grateful for. She also referred me to Dr. Jacob Liechty, a glaucoma specialist within the same group, at exactly the right time. My eye pressures were close to 40 when I first started as a new patient, and thanks to his expertise and successful SLT surgery, they are now down to 14-15. The relief and peace of mind this has given me is immeasurable. A special shout-out to Breanna (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly!) for always helping me obtain the correct authorizations to see my doctors. Her support and follow-through made navigating everything so much easier. This is truly an exceptional group of doctors -- knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, and deeply committed to their patients. I owe this team so much and cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you like to waste your time, this is the place to go... I scheduled an appointment back in April and just now got in only to be told they wouldn't do a vision exam, even though that was one of the main reasons I scheduled in the first place. The staff was rude and dismissive, claiming they "aren't the call center" when I tried to explain what I was told. After being treated terribly, I decided to walk out without even seeing the doctor. Absolutely unacceptable experience

Dr. Andrew Mueller was absolutely great. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The staff were also super friendly and nice!

I haven't even stepped foot into the office and have had issues. They are impossible to get a hold of. When you call, it goes into hold and offers you to press 0 to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox is full and then it hangs up on you. Trying to call and schedule and appt, or in my case, cancel, is a nightmare that takes 20min of your day to reach anyone. After my 2month old son was referred by our pediatrician for a minor concern, the office called me to let me know the doc wasn't taking new patients until next April but wanted to get my son in immediately due to his diagnosis but they were not very accommodating with the schedule. After I informed them that his condition is not bothering him or affecting his vision, they pushed me into an appt I wasn't sure I would be able to make since I just went back to work and cannot take time off yet. I tried calling to cancel, but again, I cannot reach anyone. Hopefully they'll see this review. I have asked my pediatrician for a referral to Nemours.

Dr Mueller is an outstanding doctor he did my eye lift surgery and muscle eyebrow surgery I had a very droopy eye he cares about his patients he is very kind even after your surgeries he calls you to check the next day to make sure that you're doing okay when you first talk to him and meet him you can tell he's a very kind caring doctor I'm so blessed to have him as my surgeon

I have tried to get a appointment for my 5 year old son for three years in a row.i haven't been able to get a call back 3 years in a rowcan't get anyone to answer phone or return my message I have literally called 100 times.also Lakeland eye clinic misdiagnosed my son's eye test at 2years old trying to sell something.and I can't find another place to take his insurance.i am fed up that my son who is in kindergarten and needs a proper test and can't get an appointment.this office doesn't deserve to partner w medicare because they push patients out.shame on whoever the receptionist is and shame on the doctors for not making sure the patients are taken care of.i have nothing good to say about this establishment.they shouldn't be in business. After looking at some other people's reviews on here this place has been so terrible for the past forever really since I have been trying to get my son in here I believe that the majority of these good reviewsare made up by employees to try to make themselves look good I don't see how they could have done goodbye anybody whenever they can't even make an appointment for my son for 3 years

I typically don't do reviews, but a review is needed. My daughter was referred here at 8 months old due her eyes crossing, I take her in and was advised by the doctor that she is NOT cross eyed. To follow back up when she's a little older. Well I try to get an appointment, the dr goes on leave. They are booking 6-8 months out. So I wait for an appointment, finally get in after a whole year plus. We wait HOURS to be seen, having to reschedule due to me having to pick up my other children from school. We get in months later, coming in for an exam that turned into a whole mess. Dr Leon sends me on my way with an MRI for my child's brain because she sees pressure on her eyes. Leaving me on my own scared, not knowing where to go or do, and didn't show any emotion or sympathy. Her pediatrician did all the work, We ended up getting an admission in the hospital, MRI done and everything coming back fine. We got a second opinion at Nemours eye doctor and was diagnosed with just eye crossing. I would NEVER bring my children here!!!!!! The appointments are MONTHS out, the appointments are HOURS long, the dr and staff are NOT friendly at all!!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely administratively horrible. No knock to the doctors. Communication is terrible. You can't reach a human to schedule or reschedule. Your wait time once in office for your appt is insanely long. Then they tell you that they changed insurance policies last year (after you booked your appointment that you made when you left the last annual exam but nobody told you) and now they can't see you today after waiting an hour and 40 minutes. The list goes on. They all blame it the poor service on being bought out by a private equity firm and "major phone problems the last six months." I call BS. Fix it or close shop.
