Set up an appointment in July for December (soonest they could get him in) & now they dont have his appointment in the system & the doctor is scheduled for maternity leave from November to April! Congratulations on the baby (Seriously, not being sarcastic. Its a wonderful feeling to become a parent) But your front desk staff is unprofessional & unorganized!

If you get a appointment at 12noon don't come early cause they close the lobby from 11am till 12noon . Make you wait outside. You can't wait inside lobby . Rediculous.

STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH PATIENT CONCERNS. AFTER EVERY COMMENT THEY WOULD TURN AROUND AND TALK IN YOUR FACE. THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN PROCEDURES PROPERLY. THEY ARE ALL INCONSIDERATE. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I COME TO THIS CLINIC.
