I had a wonderful experience at myeyedr! I made a last minute appointment and was able to do it via video call in their office with a doctor. Emily was with me to assist the online doctor, and she was great. They made it clear when I made the appt that it would be set up that way, called to ensure I knew, and reminded me again when I got there. I thought this was great to ensure that the customer knew what was to be expected. I scheduled a contact lenses class with Samanatha. She was so easy going, calm, and instructive. I felt so supported the entire time. She rocks! After, I picked out glasses with Alexa. I showed her two glasses that I liked and she helped pick out several glasses that fit my price range and style and helped me try them out. Because of her help, it took me less than ten minutes to buy. I was so grateful. Before I moved here, I used to go to a small eye care office. I was worried about going here that i would lose out on the personalization and kindness, but i found that every employee i interacted with was knowledgeable and attentive to my specific needs and wants. Great place.

My first time going to MyEyeDr was in December of 2025. The lady that helped me pick out my glasses was Alexa. I went back today February 27 26 and Alexa helped me again get the progressive lens. Alexa was awesome and very helpful. Everyone there is very nice.

The staff at My Eye Doctor are pleasant and professional. Dr. Parrish has been my provider for years and I always appreciate his demeanor. Eye tech, Katie was great as well as Jessie that completed my prescription process. The only negative I would comment on is the the 7-10 emails, texts, and calls confirming my appointment, even after I had had already confirmed. Otherwise, excellent service as always!

I've been going to my eye doctor for the past 5 years, and I can honestly say that Yesi is the reason I continue to make the commute from Orlando to the Lakeland location. Her service is always caring, professional, and genuine. She truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. When it comes to something as important as your sight, you want a team you can trust. The doctors and staff at this location absolutely ROCK!
