After moving to Lakeland a few months ago, I had to start picking new healthcare providers, which most will agree is an extensive process. I struck GOLD at Swan City Eye Care. I have received EXCEPTIONAL care from the staff. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the care I need. You are treated like family. They don't overbook so they can spend one-on-one time with you to listen and make sure you leave seeing a little better than when you came in. Fun fact about swans... they are known for their strength, longevity, and paternal instincts. Swan City checks the box on all three! Definitely a customer for life!

It was my first visit at Swan city eyecare, and it was the best eye doctor appointment I've ever been to. Even when scheduling my appointment, I was taking aback by the level of customer service on the phone and through text messaging. Everyone was responsive and kind. The office was very clean and spacious with all new equipment. Dr. Garibay was really helpful with helping me decide what I need to do for my vision. It's also really special that this practice was started by and owned by a local Lakeland resident! It's a privilege to support a local business.

As with life and busy schedules in general, it is hard for me to make appointments that fit my busy lifestyle. I found Swan City Eye via my insurance benefits, saw the reviews and said "why not." The scheduling ability via online was a seamless process and quick to input. Following my appointment scheduling, the office contacted me to ensure that everything was ready to go when I arrived. The aesthetic and vibe of the office is top tier - Clean and Modern. Many offices offer too many options as far as frames/brands and other services, that can make going overwhelming. However, Swan City Eye offers just enough options, and options that are high-quality. The staff is welcoming and inviting. From my interactions from everyone involved in the office, including the doctor, it was nothing short of an exceptional experience!!! I was seen in a timely manner and didn't feel rushed, or that I was another "number." This was truly concierge service. Knowledgeable, prompt, timely, considerate and friendly, are just some of the descriptors for this office. Thank you Swan City Eye! I will be continuing my vision care here for years to come.

Dr. Garibay is a true professional, taking the time and care to do a comprehensive exam and address my eye issues with options I've not been offered by previous optometrists. Dr. Garibay and his staff were outstanding! Excellent first impression when making my initial appointment. Pre-exam was very thorough. Dr. Garibay was extremely thorough during my exam. He answered all my questions, showed me pictures of my eye and explained everything from start to finish. They have a great selection of frames. Dr Garibay, Lucinda, and Brooke, are the type of Providers you would find in a small town, yet with big city knowledge and equipment. They are personable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I have very unusual eye problems and they work hard to get it just right for me to have the best vision I can attain. I appreciate them very much.
