This was my first time visiting a Pearle Vision for my eye appointment. I was completely satisfied from the minute I walked in the building. I appreciate how thorough everyone was with each step of my appointment and even patient when things weren't going perfectly smooth (I got my eye puffed a lot of times lol). Emily was great with helping me learn about transition lenses and even helped me to get a color that will match my frames, I had no idea there were even color options to choose from. I was especially impressed that she knew the vision insurance I have just based on knowing where my husband works. I will definitely be coming to this location again and have already recommended my husband to do the same.

I had such a great appointment with Dr. Thomas! I've been seeing her for my annual exams for years and followed her to this location because she's truly the best. The staff here is so welcoming and made my first visit to this office a total breeze. I'm so glad I tracked her down--I would always recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone looking for a doctor they can trust!

Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Tincy Thomas and her team. My little girl had her first real eye exam and was feeling pretty nervous, especially about getting her eyes dilated. Dr. Thomas was incredibly kind and patient--she explained everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and safe. The ladies in the office were also extremely sweet and professional. They went above and beyond to make the whole visit enjoyable, even when we found out she needed glasses. They helped her feel confident and excited about picking out her first pair, turning what could have been a stressful moment into something special. I'm so grateful for the care and attention they showed us. Truly a wonderful place for children's eye care!

Dr. Thomas was amazing, sweet and very helpful. She made me feel heard and answered any of the questions I might have had. She explained everything well and I can't wait to see her again next year.

I enjoyed my appointment for the first time in my life going to a doctor. The eye doctor actually took the time to explain things to me without rushing. The glasses picker explained the different types of available frames and lenses, I'm looking forward to a follow up appointment soon

I had a great experience - I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and the office had a really great selection of frames. All my my expectations were met and exceeded.

Dr. Thomas and the staff were so prompt and courteous. Dr. Thomas even took a moment to go over my retina scans with me which I really appreciated.
