I cannot say enough great things about Vision First Eyecare in Lakeland. Dr. Dustin Dixon is truly the best. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your care. He is the absolute best when it comes to fitting and adjusting contacts, and I will not trust my vision to anyone else in town.
Optician Brian Hayden is also outstanding and truly the best at what he does. From helping select frames to ensuring the perfect fit, his attention to detail and expertise are unmatched.
The entire team provides excellent patient care, and they have a great selection of eyewear. I will not go anywhere else for my eye care. Highly recommend Vision First Eyecare to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and an amazing experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dixons for several years. He has always been very thorough with the exam explaining what he was doing as the exam progressed. He never rushed through the appointment when I had questions. My first visit with him in his new facility was this week. Dr. Harrell is by far the best eye doctor I've ever had. He just makes you feel comfortable and heard. No question is too small for him. He always addresses any concerns I have and helps to find the solution. The rest of the staff is always so helpful. They always make the process easy with ordering new glasses or contacts. They are patient and willing to get any information for you when you ask. They all go above and beyond anytime I'm there no matter the situation!
