Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I love the personality of my intake lady. She walked me through every step of the process. She had a conversation with me, not long, but enough to make me feel like a person, not a patient. Considering the amount of patience, the wait wasn't too long.

My visit at Mid Florida was extremely pleasant and thorough. I had a complete exam by Dr. Plum and he explained the process and findings to my satisfaction. I will have to return tomorrow morning for a copy of my prescription, never offered. Definitely will return to Mid Florida for follow up when scheduled. Dr. Plum is very good.

Not Good! Cattle call vibe... crowded and rushed. As a new patient there were a few extra tests done which is fine. I expected to be told the results. Dr Plum was in and out in 90 seconds with no explanation of anything. Assistant kept telling me the wrong address of my drug store .. . 3 times. 3 times I corrected her. Guess where the rx went ... wrong drug store causing me to drive 30 miles rt to pick up rx. I corrected that with the drug store. I will look for a new practice in Leesburg.

Dr. Macion opened the closed office on New Year's Day to see me. She was so sweet, kind and warm hearted. My husband and I was so impressed with the fact she drove all the way to the office on time I might add, to see a patient that wasn't even hers and from a whole different Dr's office. Amazing service and quality care.
