LensCrafters has always been the gold standard. From the retail side to the optometrist office, I have never had any complaints whatsoever. The staff on both fronts is very welcoming and open to questions and concerns as well as suggestions. Store representative Janet Escalona was a great help and asset to the team. Her openness to questions and insight on all my questions helped ensure that I left happy and confident in my choice of LensCrafters.
I always have an amazing experience at LensCrafters at The Falls! Sandra is truly outstanding -- she is always available to help, incredibly knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every single time I need assistance with my glasses. Her customer service is exceptional, and she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend asking for Sandra!
Wonderful experience at this Lens Crafters! Dr. Choi was incredible!! Very sweet and pleasant. My sales associate Maria was the best and made the process so easy for me. Would definitely recommend this location.
Ask for Janet E. if she is available. Very personable, patient and helpful. She worked on getting me the lowest cost with my insurance and boy did it payoff. Saved $584.00. Can't wait to go pick them up in a few days !
Service is slow. Store is busy so there should be more associates to help during busy hours. Glasses are first pair I will not need to have adjusted but they were very expensive! They did not even provide a cleaning cloth, for 2k there should have been at least one. Although glasses are nice I'll be moving family to another location.
Very very happy with my experience at LensCrafters. The doctor and all the associates were attentive and helpful. There was basically no wait time and I was in and out in an hour.
The doctor was thorough and explained everything. She took her time with me and helped me arrive at a prescription that worked for my needs.
Their selection of frames is also fantastic! I tried a few from Tiffany's, Versace, Cartier and Burberry and once I found my pair everything was processed super quick.
I will say my only complaint comes from the front retail associates. It's a bit rude and gaudy to be gossiping and talking poorly of other customers when you have clients in the store. They could work on that.
I am writing this review to hopefully warn others to not shop at this place.
I went there to do a minor fix on my glasses that I have bought from their stote, they said "just so you know, IF WE BREAK IT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST."
I asked "how can it happen? I bought it from here. Can't you fix on my glasses without breaking it?? Are you not able to tell whether a repair will be likely to break a glass or not?"
Then I noted that I bought a protection plan, for which I had to pay >100$, they said I'd still have to pay 50$ IF THEY BROKE MY GLASSES WHILE REPAIRING.
Btw, 50$ is if you have a plan. If you don't, you are responsible for the entire cost.
So much for "lens crafters."
I bought very expensive glasses for them a year ago (they charge way more than other places) hoping that I would be getting good quality glasses.
Whoever the manager is, I don't know if this will make a difference, buy you lost 4 customers, who have been visiting for years. I will also tell this to anyone who mentions your name in a conversation.
Sometimes you think being this cheap & tricky might earn you money, but it makes you lose customers. I used to pay 500+ $ there every couple of years just for myself, not counting my family. Well, you lost thousands trying to save 50.
I recently took my 13-year-old son to LensCrafters at The Falls for his eye exam, as we were considering whether glasses or contacts would be best since he plays sports.
The administrative side was extremely disappointing. At check-in, I was told that because we were considering contacts , my son would need a separate "training" appointment that could not be done that day since they don't do these later than 3pm. This was never explained. He only received a regular eye exam; no contacts were given, tried on, or purchased that day. My son decided he did not want contacts after all, so I called to cancel the training appointment immediately the next business day.
That is when I was told our insurance had already been billed as if he had received contact lenses. Because of this, our insurance will not cover glasses, leaving us to pay full price out of pocket even though he never received contacts or any training. I was told simply considering during our appointment was enough for them to bill my insurance. My son got a simple eye exam, never tried on, "trained", or purchased contacts and I now have to pay out of pocket for glasses that were covered 100% due to how they chose to bill their "service".
It became clear that their main concern is not the patient's best interest but how much they can bill the insurance for. There was no transparency, no empathy, and no effort to correct the situation.
While I appreciated the doctor's care, the lack of honesty and clarity from the front desk left us with an unnecessary expense and a very negative experience. If you have to go here, be extremely cautious and carefully review how your insurance will be billed.
