Although I offered to pay for her time, she kindly assured me it was no trouble at all and took care of everything free of charge. I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown by the staff. I was treated exceptionally well, even though I didn't make a purchase. That level of customer service speaks volumes.

Chedlie was outstanding with her great attitude, she was very professional with the way, she directed me with the frames and optical. I was very unsure what I wanted she helped me she was warm and pleasant made me feel very comfortable. I didn't know what I wanted to do when I arrive with her help. I came out very confident and when I receive my frame my glasses I was overwhelmingly, pleased thank you. It's too bad. She can't be cloned, but I can see there's only one of her and I'm excited.
