From entering the office you feel a sense of calmness. Very well trained personnel who are very efficient. The exam is thorough and done with precision along with kindness. Everyone listens to you. Dr Friedl is as always a delight, making you feel special. She explains well and listens to me also. My husband, who waited fir me in the waiting room room said it was so peaceful that he felt like napping.

Front desk staff always efficient and pleasant egar to assist. Live this office...the techs are knowledgeable, quick, and empathetic. 9/12/2025 Saw Dr. Shetty as usual very thorough and kind. Usually running behind but you learn to accept this with him. I guess because he is in demand and spends time with his patients. Have diagnosis and plan in motion. All to taken care of this month. Glad to know that my vision problems are not in my head and I don't have to go back to glasses again. Thanks again Dr. Shetty. Front desk girl was fantastic, she really knew what she was doing! Nice young woman. The young lady that tested my eyes was also very nice and kind. I don't know how to pronounce her name but it begins with a P I believe. Nice girl. Very thorough. Always a pleasure. Thank you.
