Horrible is the best way to describe this place.. First, Dr Urban was rude and uninformative. This was the first time I have ever seen him and he didn't even introduce himself when meeting me. Hardly said anything to me except that I had a problem with my eye and would need to see a specialist. He is supposed to be a specialist. I told this office before I went there what my problem was and apparently he can't handle that problem. They should have told me that up front and not wasted my time and money. Dr Urban didn't even discuss the problem with me or for that matter say goodbye. He just walked away leaving me wandering why I ever went there. I don't know any more now than when I got there. Second, they dilated my pupils without a numbing agent. Then later put in a numbing agent. So, I got to suffer twice. Third, they didn't send in my prescription to the pharmacy. Lastly, it took way too long to be seen. I had an appointment at 115pm. Didn't see Dr Urban until 245pm.

Went to him for 15 years. Always waited at least two hours to be seen. Not clean! Very rude! Transferred to another ophthalmologist and they would not send all my records. I have glaucoma and need good care.

I received my paperwork for an eye appointment with Dr. Urban when I arrived at their office on Main Street and found out that the doctor was on hospital emergency call and appointments were running about 2 hours late. I chose to take this paperwork home to fill out and rescheduled my appointment....then I read their privacy agreement! I spoke with the receptionist over the phone regarding this agreement which includes releasing info to funeral directors, business associates, marketing, etc. She advised me that I HAD to sign that in order to receive medical care. In my book, that is a threat and no medical facility I have ever worked with demanded that I be exposed to that extent. I cancelled my appointment. Approach with caution...

I went back to the eye doctor after many years of not going. I called probably 10 different office in the area and the ONLY reason I chose to come here was because of the lady who I believe is Dominique. All the other office when I called and expressed my concern kinda just blew me off and told me they couldn't see me for nearly a month. Dominique, when I first called didn't answer the phone and I was prompted to leave a voicemail, in which i did not. I just kept calling down my list. About a minute or two later I got a call back from her. She was extremely nice and took my concerns into consideration. The fact that she called me back sold me. Today many business forget what customer service is all about. Although she was not able to get me in the same day, which was a bit much to ask on my part, she was able to get me in with 48 hours which I found to be very accommodating. Upon my visit, everyone else there was equally as nice and I'm looking forward to getting me new glasses after nearly 8 years without them.

I went to the Dr today for my very first eye exam and I met with Dr Frederick hauber The whole staff was very nice to me they answered all questions I had and was very friendly I was scared to come here from some of the recent reviews my advice don't judge a book by its cover they are excellent if i could give 10 stars I would. The Dr and receptionist went out there way to find me a specialist and scheduled my appointment for my surgery in June Great customer service team

I was unsure because of the other reviews but these people are the nicest folks. No Dr Urban, mentioned in other reviews here. Leslie got me seeing so good I can read signs almost a block away way. Ken hooked me us with some frames that fit my fat head. I would recommend to anyone!

Office drab but staff bright and personable. All three docs highly competent and involved. Do not judge a book by its cover.

Very personal and professional experience. Also found very nice glasses.
