I arrived with my wife and son for an 11:15 appointment. We had printed the patient documents at home and had them filled out when we arrived. 40 minutes later, and after signing in and providing the paperwork, no-one had spoken to us. So I went to the front desk and asked what was going on. She said that she was waiting for an exam room to open up. I told her we had an 11:15 appointment. One of the workers walked by and said that someone had arrived early, and that I had arrived late. I retorted that I was not late. I asked if this was common. The secretary looked confused. I said is it common for patients to have to wait 40 minutes or more. She said that it can happens. So I asked if I should just plan on arriving late. This idea did not seem to please her. In short this office over books their patients and is happy to make you wait. I had taken my son out of school for this appointment so we will finish the appointment, but we will NOT be back.
