The appointment was 18 minutes late. The staff could be friendlier, but what was most frustrating was that information is not kept on record digitally, so every time, you have to fill out the same paperwork. Lastly, they even ask you to fill out your own mail reminder for the next appointment. Should I sign my happy birthday card as well?

I went here to order glasses because mine were scratched and falling apart and if I could give no stars I would the so called "manager" Joe is the WORST! He is so rude and unprofessional, he called me to let me know my glasses were ready for pick-up and tells me my glasses were $200 I was okay with paying it but when I asked why it was that much he gave me an attitude and hung up, then I went in and spoke with him and he starts giving the other employee an attitude and starts blaming her because I was asking a question then proceeds to try and tell me that it's my fault for not knowing what I was ordering. The only reason I'm even giving one star is because the other employee Carol was endlessly respectful, nice, and patient with me while her "manager" was basically yelling at her to take care of the customers when he was on his phone the entire time. No one should have to deal with that kind of toxic work behaviour.

First time in 45 years I try their optical services. I cannot be more surprised or satisfied. First Carol, at the front: pleasant, efficient and caring. Second, Dr. William Boyles conducted a thorough and meticulous examination, utmost professional, detail oriented and courteous. Then, you get to spend an amazing 30 minutes with Joe picking glasses and lenses that best suit your needs and he makes you laugh ! It is very hard nowadays to encounter such impeccable and superb service at any level/ need. These people delivered outstanding service and chuckles. Thank you!

I had to make my appointment weeks in advance and my appointment date was May 5th at 4 p.m. I got a call the morning of May 5th telling me the doctor had another appointment he had to go to so she rescheduled me to the following Wednesday which was May 12th at 4 p.m. I got to my appointment and the doctor said he didn't have anyone for the rest of the day on his appointment schedule because she had forgot to add me to his schedule after having to rearrange my schedule to go the following week. I had also given my insurance information when I first called in weeks ago and the same lady came back into the room when I was with the doctor and said somehow it got shredded. This was the most unprofessional eye exam I had ever had also. The doctor kept asking me if I knew my prescription and all kinds of other information that he should have been testing me for and actually tried to lower my prescription when I told him I'm having trouble seeing which means I needed a stronger prescription!! He ended up leaving my prescription the same. Needless to say I didn't get new contacts and glasses at their location, didn't want to give them any more money than I had to!!!!!
