I had missed my appointment from the previous day because i wrote the wrong say on my calendar and when I arrived the receptionist was very understanding and was able to get me to be seen. I had a small wait till after.the scheduled appointments were seen. But I believe I was only waiting about 20 mins and that included the time I need to fill out the necessary paperwork. I was then in and out in about 30 minutes and that included choosing my glasses.He was very polite and made you feel comfortable. He explained everything so that you knew what to expect. He answered all the questions I had about my vision and made sure I understood what he was telling me. My 3 year old son also was seen by him and he was very patient with him. I will refer his practice to anyone who is in need of an Eye doctor.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PASSARO EYECARE INC. FOR LAST 5 years love the doctors DR VINCENT PASSARO AND DR KATHERINE PASSARO,ARE BEST EYECARE IN WHOLE PASCO COUNTY. THEY have always treated me with WARM HART, CARE, and professionalism. The doctors are well-trained, MY GLASSES WHERE MADE EXELLENT,PERFECT LENSES AND FRAME. FULL WARRANTY,AFTER 3 DAYS I HAVE ACCIDENTLY SCRETCH RIGHT LENS, THEY REPLACED WITH NEW, NO ANY COST TO ME. ALWAYS THEY go the extra mile. The atmosphere is excellent; the doctors like a BIG family. MY BEST RECOMENDETION FOR THEM TO ANY ONE. THANKS VERY MUCH DR.VINCENT AND DR.KATHERINE.

FIRST I WANT TO SAY I'M DEATHLY AFRAID OF ANYONE TOUCHING MY EYES, BUT AFTER ALMOST A WEEK OF EYE PAIN AND VISION PROBLEMS, I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO SEE AN EYE DOCTOR. LUCKILY I FOUND DR. VINCENT PASSARO, WHO LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM, GAVE ME A FULL EYE EXAM, AND WAS VERY GENTLE WHEN CONDUCTING THE EXAM, WHICH SURPRISINGLY, WAS PAINLESS. IT TURNED OUT TO BE AN INGROWN HAIR, WHICH HE REMOVED, WHICH LEFT ME WITH IMMEDIATE RELIEF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. PASSARO TO ANYONE NEEDING EYE CARE, GLASSES, OR CONTACT LENS, INCLUDING MY FAMILY. Second appt. Over an hour behind. I have a appt at 1230, it's 1253 and someone who showed up 2 hours early goes first. Not me here on time. Place is terrible go somewhere else
