Wonderful experience every time. We moved out of the area but still get all of our glasses from this office. The staff has always gone above and beyond for us. They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and respectful of our budget and needs. The manager Katie always makes sure our needs are met and our order is sent quickly and securely. When we visit Dr. Stephens office we love seeing Trisha and having her help us picking out glasses! My daughters both love seeing her and she just makes them the most comfortable with everything that comes with going for eye appointments. It can be scary but Trisha helps to assure the whole process is explained and they are busy talking to her and not scared! Our appointments just run smoother with her there to help!

My teenage son was recently fitted for contacts and it was a great experience!! Trisha was so patient with him and made sure he felt comfortable putting them in and taking them out before we left. We were also in and out in a very timely manner! Don't hesitate to book an appointment.

Best place to go for glasses! Exceptional doctors, super friendly staff, especially Trisha. She was super helpful through the whole process of checking in, frame fitting, billing (she helped straighten my insurance issue out and saved me hundreds of dollars) and picking up my glasses when they came in.
