America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This business was so great. I brought two pairs of glasses that I didn't even buy there to be repaired. They were able to repair one perfectly and not the other, but they told me that in advance and I appreciate that. And then they told me it would be no charge. Wow. Thank you Catherine, Michael and Jazz, you do great work and I'll be back when I need a pair of glasses.

Update: I spoke with the manager, Will, and he went ahead and ordered the replacement lens so that when I return from my trip they should almost be ready... Increased to 3 stars for his effort, will update once the transaction is complete I used to have good experiences with this store but this last experience will be my last! Not only was I never contacted via text, call or email when my glasses were ready (waited 3 weeks)...I had to call myself-waiting on hold forever, so I drove in while still on hold... To be told my glasses had been ready for a week already... Thanks for letting me know. And now realize while taking pictures that the anti-glare that I paid for is not on my lense. I called to complain so they can order the correction while traveling... But, they of course don't believe me and say they need to see the glasses before they order the new lenses.... So bad customer service and also think that I am lying... So, now I have to wait until I get back into town next week, show them the glasses to then wait another 2 weeks... Ugh ... I even offered sending pictures of the glasses but they wouldn't accept. You can see in the pictures attached that they are 100% NOT ANTI-GLARE. So sad, now I have to figure out where else I can go for glasses and exams in the future. They get 2 stars because their exam doc and tech were great... So was the agent helping me pic my glasses (but of course I was spending almost $600)...

I have been going to Americas Best for about 3 years now. My experiences have always been easy and pleasant. Guerby helped me on my most recent visit and is such a sweetheart. She helped my brother pick out his glasses and helped me adjust my glasses as well. I had so many questions and she was super helpful and easy to talk to. I love all the staff and would recommend this place to everyone!

I bought some ray bands with transition a while back, I went back to the store to get some tune up on the glasses. Upon arrival I was introduced to general manage William Cason who attempt to help me. While he attempt to fix the arm of the glasses, he broke it and decided to bring it back to me and accused me of broken the arm. I kindly expressed to him that we both know it was not like that. Long story short, he said they no longer have the parts in store and that my warranty was expired, however I was not satisfied with how the situation was getting resolve. I told William Cason about my shattered spectacles and asked him to help me fix them. In the end, he took my number and told me he would order the damaged part. I decided to return to the store after waiting for seven days because I hadn't heard from them. I was assisted by a female agent when I arrived. She put on a replacement arm, but this one was really old and worn out. Check out the attachment. The individuals in the picture's circle are the dishonest persons who worsened the issue while offering assistance and refusing to accept responsibility for their actions.

An associate i think his name is Ruben very friendly great attitude he helped me right away made me feel welcome. He fix my glasses by replacing those little rubber nose rest That fell off one side of my glasses he replaced both, He made my day.

I have been a customer with America's Best for many years. I've been to a couple of different locations but this one happens to be my favorite. Michael is always so helpful, with a great attitude. He makes it seamless to book an appointment and to be seen for that appointment. Jaz is really that girl! Beautiful person inside and out. She always gives A1 customer service and just really sweet. Thank you guys. I would rate them a 10 star if I could.

Best Eye Exam Ever! Dr. Puja Koirala is very thorough in determining your true prescription. The equipment they use is top notch cutting edge technology! The price is super affordable even for the designer frames that they offer.

Ruben the assistant manager was great! Very kind, and has great energy, as well as Micheal at the front desk. They answered all my questions! And I left happy with the choices made. very satisfied!
