First let me say I LOVE Dr Vish! He is an excellent ophthalmologist and my eyes are doing great since my surgeries. Next I must give a shout out to his tech Emily who took time with me, showed personal interest in my situation and was efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were great too. Friendly and smiling. HOWEVER, I took away a star because of the wait and amount of time it took overall. Each time I visit it is two hours. I know I'm getting quality care but it is a bit much to wait so long.

The people are great. The wait was ridiculous. They seem to way overbooked. Got there at my appointment time and the waiting room was packed. My name was called a little over an hour after my appointment time. Everything completed after over 2 hours for about 15 minutes worth of face time. Yow!

I attend the Ocala Eye Clinic on SR 200 in Ocala.
Recently, I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Vish was the operating surgeon. He explained the procedure to me beforehand. He did a good job.
During surgery,he was very good at relieving my apprehensions.
Post surgery, he did a very thorough checkup on every facet of my eyes.
I highly recommend him to anyone interested in cataract surgery.
His pleasant personality, his extensive
knowledge of his field, and his bedside manners are outstanding and speak for themselves.

The doctor was very pleasant and thorough. He took time to explain what he assessed regarding my vision issues. It was a good visit with the doctor and his staff. However the waiting time was excessive. It looked like maybe a bit understaffed or over booked. If it were not for the excessive waiting it could have been a 5 star visit. Good luck to all of you.
