Called had small emergency and got me in next day. Had a 2:15 appointment and arrived at 2 for paperwork (1st time at office) completed paper work was called in at 2:20. All test were done and then Dr. Came in 5 minutes later. Was in and out less then an hour. All STAFF was just GREAT!!! After reading reviews I thought I was in wrong Dr. Office and I even went to restroom to see if it was nasty and it was not, so I Guess you have to actually have to make your own conclusions but I give them

I get eye care through the VA. I already have a prescription. Just looking to get glasses only. I also have Medicare and this office was given to me by my advantage provider. I call both their Ocala and crystal river offices. After 15 minutes of holding I hung up. I'm going to just drop in the office. Ridiculous service so far!

Set up my first appointment with Rachel. She was pleasant, informative and very helpful. Looking toward to my first visit. Thank you , Rachel for your wonderful customer service.

I can see the reviews are already bad on here and I just like to add to this horrible office. I called to make a new patient appointment and was put on hold for a long time when they answer they asked for a new member ID I told them to wait one second for me to get my new member ID and then they hung up as soon as possible. I called back telling them that I did not appreciate what they did and they did not seem to care shame on these people.

Had my first eye cataract done through this clinic. Luckily I can see after the surgery. Had my other eye done through a different clinic. WOW what a difference. This office is disorganized and I never met the surgeon until I was wheeled in front of him for surgery. When I went for the follow up at their Summerville office the entire office was 20 minutes late including the Dr. If you want the quality and dignity you deserve look elsewhere.

One of the most miserable experiences dealing with the scheduling staff. Rude , impatient ,short, condescending. Couldn't even get to the part if the dr is worth leaving a review on . I was passed around more times on the phone even attempting to get a schedule. If they don't like their jobs then don't ruin it with the patients ATTEMPTING to get care. **Stay away from this place** Huge red flag. I'll get referral to some place else.

The Ocala office is one of the most incompetent, unprofessional offices I have ever dealt with. I had contacted their office office in March, due to an a Cat scan & MRI & was told I needed to see an eye specialist as soon as possible. Envision was the only Eye specialist my insurance company had listed as a nearby source, so I called and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, May 14th. I tried to explain that this was an emergency and could not get in any sooner than May 14th, so I scheduled the appointment for May 14th. I called to confirm the appointment this morning and they said nothing was scheduled for that date and once again it is rescheduled for 2 months out, which reassures me that I had in deed scheduled an appointment in March for May. ( 2 months out) I ask to speak with a manager, they gave me their names as said one of the two one call, as they were busy with patients. It will be interesting to see if anyone actually contacts me... I would not recommend this office to anyone else, as I wouldn't waste my time, you probably will never actually have the appointment.

Waited 30 minutes for the full eye exam, not bad, then had to wait 1-1/2 hours for the Doctor's Diagnosis which I was refused because they said I did not have a referral? Called my Eye Dr the next day and they said they sent the referral way back on my first appt in Feb and that Envision is having difficulties with documents ( fax machine). I waited 2 months for this appt and was sent home with no diagnosis after sitting in that office for 3 hours. Don't you think they would have asked for my referral when I checked in at 2 PM? I could have called my Eye Dr and they would have faxed it over! Very disorganized place, I will not go back there!
