My wife went in for glasses and they insisted on her trying contacts. I guess they never looked at her like to see that she had macular degeneration. After waiting for over 2 weeks for her to try these contacts, we found that they did not order the correct prescription. They blamed my wife. Jennifer should not be working with people. She has a horrible attitude. She yelled at my wife and then she yelled at me the next day when we tried to straighten it out the next day. She refused to let us talk to her supervisor.

Worst service in Ocala! I went to make an appointment and the answer I got from front desk was "I'm too busy to be doing this right now" leave your papers and will call you for an appointment! Never called me back! I think there are better ways to treat patients. Will never come back neither recommend this place at all!

Had to cancel my appointment in September.Was given another appointment for October 27 at 9:30. When I arrived was told I did not have a appointment.The girl was very rude!! Will never go back here!!!

Should have listened to the reviews and not go here. Due to miscommunication on their part a surgery was cancelled then they could not reschedule for another three months then said oh sorry we can't do it for another four months. Takes no accountability, when you speak to one person they seem to blame their partnering practices. Also was impatient with my 75 year old mother with hard of hearing and cataract; instead of kindly communicating to adjust her head; they forced her head to move accordingly with their hands. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch; borderline abuse. You can tell all of the seniors working here has short patience yet I thought they would be understanding as seniors themselves but we had a horrible experience we try to over look then couldn't when we follow directions provided only to find out the directions on the letter itself is incorrect that cause the surgery to be delayed yet they did not take accountability nor apologize for the miscommunication on their part. We recommend you please go somewhere else but here. Read the reviews!!!

Today is June 30th. I was waiting for one month for the availability. I was supposed to have my first appointment and I was 20 min late because I was lost and driving 29min from my area. Then, immediately they say I have to reschedule and wait until August.No one asked me about my eye current condition. They are literally managing good money with elderly customers not patients. So sorry about that mentality.

I had a first time patient appointment on 02/06/25 at 9:10 a.m. ( I am vigilant about booking and keeping my appointments). I was called by this office the day before, 02/05/25, to verify this appointment as well. (Though when they called said it was at 9:00 a.m., not 9:10 as was originally agreed .) When I arrived the receptionist told me I did not have an appointment until 02/07/25 at 9:10 a.m; (this is untrue, even according to their verifying my appointment the night before). The receptionist said they would not see me on 02/06/25. I asked if I could be seen,as I was in the office, they refused. One of the receptionists, told the other, she had taken two other patients in as it was. I drove 30 minutes for this appointment and will not return. I canceled any further appointments. Absolutely terrible customer service. Receptionists are clueless. Terrible scheduling coordination, ( lack thereof). One eye doctor is the same as the next. I'll move on to someone else. They are not the only game in town. Very unprofessional.

The Dr is Great! However the staff and their understanding and communication is in need of true direction. They don't listen on the phone nor do they in person. They allow you to travel to them and require you to continue to come back blaming the last person or the person on the phone. All it takes is Communication!!!

Showed up 20 minutes early for a 2pm appointment. Sitting in waiting room still at 235pm. People came in after me and already went back. Smh. My 2pm appointment, I ended up out of there at 430. Told the dr's assistant don't make me another appointment and she said, "Good I won't" Karma Karma sunshine!
