Eyeglass World

I went to Eyeglass World for sunglasses after I lost mine, and they were amazing from start to finish. They got my replacements done with a super fast turnaround, which I really appreciated. Eva, who helped us, was fantastic--fun, professional, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Eyeglass World to anyone looking for eyewear. Great service all around!

The workers were great! All so nice & all like actual people you would meet in public Huge great selection of glasses spreading all around the walls near the front! One major problem is the teladoc that your wait is at mercy of My exam took almost an hour because of the teladoc

Karen , the General Manager went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to us today. First she educated us on which glasses to go with as far as bifold vs progressive glasses in a way we would understand to help us make an educated decision to fit our needs . Then she went above and beyond to fix a child glasses who was in tears earlier on our bus because his glasses broke and he couldn't see without them . Now because of her , I get to see this sweet little boy smile again . Thank you Karen for going above and beyond for us and one of our bus children. God Bless you ! You are a true inspiration and an example of what true customer service is all about. Eyeglasses world should take alot of pride in having you for their general manager!

Where to begin with this..... let's start with me calling to get a contact exam scheduled. Was given a day to come in and was never informed until day of after starting the exam process that it was going to be a virtual eye exam..... was a little bothered by it but said oh well im here let's just go with it. Never In 20+ years of wearing corrective lenses i ever had a doctor tell me that he doesn't know if the script will work because he doesn't know my old script. Every doctor i have been to before is professional enough at their job to determine what I need based off exam not old script. Now we get through the virtual exam. Go out into waiting room waiting g for them to grab my trial pair to see if they are correct. To then only be told sorry we dont have them it will take 3-4 days for them to get here. We'll thats a lie got a email that is dated for two weeks of a wait for them to show up. So I call to just get refunded to take my buisness elsewhere since there is no way I can continue to miss work from lack of being able to see while waiting g for them to hold up their end. I speak with the manager named Karen. Explain to her the issue and state I just want a refund since I ha e nothing g no script no trial pair nothing and was lied to about time frames wasn't informed until half way through exam thay it would be virtual. To only be told they will not refund me. So if you are looking for a good place to get an exam I highly encourage e everyone to take their buisness else where. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately they make me give this buisness 1.

Assistant Manager Dave took excellent care of me when I brought in my Ray-Ban sunglasses for repair. He was thorough, accommodating, and truly customer-friendly from start to finish. Because of this outstanding service, I'll definitely be returning to Eyeglass World on College Road for my next set of glasses. Highly recommend!

This used to be a great place to go, wonderful people. This time I called for an appointment. I was not informed the practice in the back had changed administration, I was not informed the visit would be a virtual visit. appointment time was at 5:30 only to be told I had to wait almost an hour. Up front communication and honesty is paramount for medical practice, specially with something as important as a eye exam.

It's a shame I can't take stars away. Like they owe me stars! They definitely don't deserve this one star. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time where plenty of the staff walked by me and not one person said anything about my appointment running behind or sorry about the wait or anything. Literally the moment I decided I'm leaving they were like... oh are you Amanda? I was like yeah, you can cancel it. It's 45 minutes past my appointment I understand shit happens but just communicate that

Update!! The manager did follow up and I was very surprised and pleased with how the issues were handled. When we returned to the store one of the team members (I wish I could remember her name) actually came out to my vehicle to greet us and introduce herself. Both of them were extremely nice and understanding of my frustration. I have updated my rating and review to reflect how great they handled this. Thank you so much! Receptionist for the doctor was not friendly at all. Labeled price was wrong on multiple items. The price is much more than the sticker/label clearly reads. When I said something about the price for cases being 4.99 -7.99 not $13 like they said the manager Rubin said "you can go somewhere else to shop". That is what we will do.
