Kennedy Eye Care

Dr. Kennedy was awesome, thorough, and a joy to be with ! I am now 76 and her refractions and eye exams were complete. My glasses are now a pleasure. I can not give her a better review.

Do not recommend. Waited 2 months for appointment only to show up and be told I wasn't in their system. I don't know what they're doing there but you can tell it is a bare bones office/double wide. Doctor may be top notch but if you cut corners on administrative staff, you're doing a huge disservice to your business. I'll happily go to a different provider.

Excellent exam. Very informative, knowledgeable. The best eye care we have been to. Great staff.

Dr. Kennedy & her entire staff are kind, professional & attentive. I've been a patient for many years, along with my family members. We've referred many patients to Kennedy Eye Care and they are all very satisfied & happy too. The environment is welcoming & the care is thorough & genuine. I appreciate a doctor that takes the time to get to know me, my needs & my preferences.

I'm giving Kennedy Eye Care a solid 5 stars because of Dr. Kennedy. Yeah, in the past some of the office staff has been less than ideal, but staffing is a tricky thing ... hard to get the right people, and hard to keep the right people. The current staff seems very good, but even if they were not, I would still give Kennedy Eye Care 5 stars. Dr. Kennedy is a great optometrist, and always kind, personable, and sweet. She always gets a perfect 5 stars from me.

My husband and I have been going to see her for last 9 years and we absolutely love her. She's very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and up to date on health issues so she knows what to look for. Would highly recommend her!

I have been going to Dr Kennedy in conjunction with my retinal specialist and I cannot speak more highly of Dr Kennedy and her staff. They are, by far, the most professional and caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of. I know I feel like I am special and, I'm sure I am not, but they make me feel special and cared for. She cannot review until I am six feet under!

Terrible experience. They sent the wrong prescription to the lab and when I went to pick them up I couldn't see. The lady at the front desk who I'm assuming was the optician was very rude and condescending and unprofessional to me and when I asked who made the mistake they refused to tell me. She just asked me "why do you want to know"? In any event I had to wait about another week or so for my glasses and I was stressed out because these people are supposed to be medical professionals. But they refused to give me the name of the person who submitted the wrong prescription to the lab as if they were hiding her because they knew she was wrong. I just wanted the glasses I paid for. In any event the customer is always right means nothing here. Sad. I won't be back but I hope no one else has to go through this. I was really upset. I value my eyesight. The doctor had nothing to do with it directly but in the end she's responsible for her staff. Someone dropped the ball in this case and on top of that I was treated like crap by the staff. Never again
