I bought glasses at Lens Crafters on 200 in Ocala.
The purchase experience was fine. Professional, easy. When I went to pick them up the gentleman that waited on me to fit my glasses and make sure they were good absolutely couldn't be bothered. He begrudgingly fit the glasses the way I wanted. Didn't physically check to see if they fit. Just wanted to hand them to me and move on. When I finally got them fitted properly, he put them in the case handed them to me and walked away. No thank you. When I got in the car I realized he didn't give me a cleaner and didn't clean my glasses they were filthy . So bad I wouldn't put them in my face until I washed them when I got home. I get much kinder and thorough care at Walmart for half the price. I went to Lens Crafters to get a more fashionable pair. I won't do it again. Terrible treatment.
