Had a decent experience with them until I needed a paper signed for work proving that I had completed an eye exam. I've been on the phone for three days in a row, still no signed paper in my email. I've offered to pick it up in person, but the optometrists are not physically in the building. So I'm left paying for another eye exam somewhere more responsible. Don't waste your time bc they've really got that part covered.

My family and I have been coming to this MyEyeDr. location for several years now for our annual eye exams and glasses, and it's been an outstanding experience every time. The staff is always professional, friendly, and truly go the extra mile. A special shoutout to Jordan, our eyewear consultant, who went above and beyond to thoroughly explain our insurance benefits so we could make fully informed decisions about our eyewear--his attention to detail and care is unmatched. We also want to recognize Sandy for being so kind and knowledgeable, and Michelle for her warm, friendly demeanor that always makes us feel welcome. This year, we saw Dr. Leffler for the first time, and I have to say--he is hands down the best eye doctor my son and I have ever had. He's incredibly informative, friendly, and genuinely attentive to all of our questions and concerns. The location itself is spacious, parking is always easy, and wait times have been minimal. This is a 5-star experience across the board!

Waited over an hour after signing in for our appointment at 5 p.m. to correct their mistake on my prescription. Third time here now and still waiting at now an hour and 20 minutes. Customer service is non-existent. Amazing they are still employed.

Can't get anyone on the phone to help me schedule an appointment. I spoke with someone Friday who took down my name and phone number stating they would have to call me back. No one called all weekend so I called again Monday. On Monday no one answered the phone and I had to leave a voicemail. Still no phone call back and I just tried to call again to schedule, only to receive their voicemail again. I guess they are too busy.

Virtual eye exams?? That's what I had. Paid $700 for new glasses and cannot read with them! representative took no time at all to fit me and to make sure all was good. Waiting for manager to return my call.

They are to busy after they get your ins then good luck on your glasses. Mine just needed lens put in frames for weeks they say there to busy

With no insurance for materials I was able to get my daughter's eye exam, eye glasses and protection for only $124. Just in time for school, saved about $500. They are running specials!!!! Great facility and amazing workers and doctor whom take pride in helping. The staff Yvette, Brittany Dr. Has are the best!!!
