Absolutely wonderful selection of glasses! I saw Dr Bingham this time and couldn't have asked for a better experience or more thorough exam. The ladies at the front desk Elizabeth and Christine work very hard and handle a large volume of people with smiles on their faces. Yvette was excellent at helping me pick out the glasses that were right for my face. A very positive experience.

I went to MyEyeDr. Today February 04, 2026 in Ocala FL. Located at 3101 Sw College Rd. The establishment was modern well lit with an inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and very user friendly. I have warn eye glasses for years which implies I have been seen by as many optometrist, Some were good at being a people person, song were good at being a doctor, but not many were good at being both. At this visit, I had an occasion to meet Dr. Brian Atkins, And I must say out of all of my experiences of having my eyes examined by an optometrist. This guy Is his head and shoulders above all of the optometrist I've experienced. He displayed both the ability to be a peoples person as well as a physician.. He emulated the ability to have his fingers on the pulse of being what a professional doctor should be all while, having his fingers on the pulse of being the people person to connect his profession with the everyday person. Most of my life and practically every genre of the medical profession, typically the individual patient has left feeling like a cookie cutter statistic. That just is not the case with Dr. Atkins, he is very engaging, very informative and speaks with the patient in a down to earth manner, allowing that patient the ability to understand what he is communicating. He communicates every practical angle of approaching treatment with reasonable expectations of outcome. He has a bedside minor that should be emulated by others in his profession so much so I had an indicated in my records that all future appointments at my eye doctor is to be made to where he is the attending physician. And finally, any individual being examined by Dr. Atkins will leave knowing they were dealing with a person that loves what they do and consequently is good at it. L.Ross

Had my annual appointment today with Dr. Atkins. Always a pleasure. Then I got exceptional assistance and customer service from Elizabeth and Yvette for my reading glasses. I couldn't be happier. I love this location and have been going here since 2018.

The service was excellent from start to finish. In particular kim and brittany were phenomenal! You truly have an amazing team at this location. It is evident that they genuinely care about the patients and strive to provide supetior customer service.

I always have my glasses and sunglasses lenses in this place, in 9 years going to My Eye Doctor l never encounter a problem or disrespect from this place. On February 20th at 2pm l had an appointment with Ivette to do my sunglasses lenses and when l arrived Ivette didn't honor the appointment, she was very nasty and indifferent with me, with attitude l told her at least she should had call me and advised me that she couldn't see me and l don't wasted my time and gas going there for NOTHING. The store was empty with no customers. Our appointment was MADE between Ivette and l because l already had a prescription for my sunglasses lenses. The way l was treated was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately l will not back to that place and l cancelled my husband's coming appointment for his eye exam. Definitely will not recommend this place.

I was extremely impressed with Brittany she helped me choose the right frame that looks good too !! Also the lady who waited on me today when I picked up my glasses she was so sweet and bubbly she was like you look fabulous!!

Brittany helped us get my son's glasses replaced through the frame warranty after his were damaged. She worked hard to find his backordered frames quickly. Great experience!

I saw Dr. Bingham today & she is very nice , took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns, she is very kind.. Her assistant Kerry as well was a very kind & also answered a few questions for me.. Yvette helped me with the glasses and she knows her job well and was very sympathetic to talk with, had no complaints overall. I had a very nice experience.
