Receptionist does not shut up as far as talking to her coworkers. She's so distracted yapping she totally skipped over a lady waiting for her appointment. Also the selection of glasses seems to be a lot less than the location by IHOP and they have a lot of glasses that are not in cases locked up still... How am I supposed to try them on without bothering an associate. I tagged along with my spouse on there appointment to peep glasses before scheduling my appointment and boy I am glad, because I would be highly upset to have an appointment and not be able to try in any glasses without an associate up my butt and to discover their lack luster selection of glasses over all.
LOL listened to her be rude to a customer over the phone and inside... Mrs. Ball literally just walked out in the middle of trying to get an appointment scheduled. Terrible customer service.
