Eye Savers of Ormond Beach

I called Eye Savers of Ormond Beach expecting the classic medical-office refrain: "We're booked for weeks." And sure enough--they were. Packed tighter than a contact lens case. When I explained that I'd broken my glasses four months ago and had been navigating life like an impressionist painting, something refreshing happened: everyone cared. Carol didn't shrug or punt me to voicemail. She looped in the doctor, and the doctor (who is fantastic, by the way) said, essentially, "Let's take care of this." Boom--appointment within a week. No loopholes. No drama. Just competent, compassionate adults doing their jobs well. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and refreshingly stress-free--no fluorescent misery, no rushed energy, no feeling like you're bothering anyone by existing. The doctor was awesome: thorough, kind, and clearly someone who actually enjoys helping people see better. What a concept. I walked out with new glasses, my vision restored, and my faith in medical offices slightly renewed. I'm already going back for sunglasses because when you find a place this professional, kind, and genuinely human, you stick with it. Eye Savers of Ormond Beach: great people, great care, and zero squinting required.

My experience with this office has been nothing but exceptional!!! Dr. Kaily and her staff showed much patience and care for my 10 year old daughter who is opposed to glasses!!! Ms. Carol and Joanna are so cheery and delightful!!! It was a pleasure!!!

I've been a patient here since my teen years and I'm now 31 years old and I've never had a bad experience. They are so wonderful even when I came in with my toddler twins who was not happy to be there. And when it was time to pick my glasses up they brought them to me so I didn't have to u load my toddler twins from the car. They also have great deals is you don't have eye insurance! Great location and highly recommend!

Been coming here for years with the kids. Had small problem explained it Joanna & Lacey. They were pleasant & polite. They really were Great! Listened to me & fixed it! We will keep coming back & referring everyone here.

The staff was amazing. They're so cool patient they were so nice to my mom. I would recommend this place to anybody the doctor. She was cool. She was nice. She was patient felt like I was in family mode when I walked in.

So far so bad! If you are thinking about using this place for eye glasses, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. The actual doctor was great, but the 2 anti-humans behind the counter need to take courses in customer service, as well as just being a nice human being. They are unprofessional rude and nasty. My eye glasses arrived and were incorrect and you would have thought I was the evil one for asking them to reorder. Both of these women need to find work where they do not have to interact with people, they are downright miserable!! Never again!!

I love my new glasses that I got from eye savers . The staff is amazing, so friendly and inviting very professional. I will definitely be going there for my next set of glasses.
