Harbuck Timothy R OD

I have been a patient of Dr Harbuck's for over 10 years. He is one of the best optometrists I have ever seen. However, since he left walmart and opened his own practice I have been extremely dissatisfied with his office staff. They never answer the phone or return calls. I have left 5 messages in the last 10 days and no one has bothered to return my calls. The staff is just as important as the clinician when it comes to patient satisfaction. I guess I will have to drive over to the office in order to have my question addressed which is absolutely unacceptable. Regretfully I will have no choice but to switch providers if this continues which is a real shame considering what a wonderful, capable, caring provider Dr. Harbuck is. I finally got someone to respond and it turns out that Dr. Harbuck moved his practice and the other practice was not responding. When I got into contact with the right place they were amazing as usual! What a relief.

Dr. Timothy Harbuck OD is one of those rare Dr.'s who truly cares about his patients. He has been our eye Dr for years he became so because he was the only Dr who always gives us a perfect prescription every time. He is a true professional and so are all his staff. Wendy his assistant could not be any more kind and courteous along with his receptionist they are all so nice. The vision center that provides the glasses are all also very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone should go here for their prescription eye wear no question about that. You will not find a more enjoyable experience in acquiring the proper vision wear. Pay him a visit at his new office Eye Design at 900 W Granada Blvd Ormond Beach Florida.

Doctor Harbuck was my dad's eye doctor. My dad started having blurry vision and the doctor told him it was just old age. Months later it turns out it was his retina detaching and he had to have emergency surgery. He could've gone blind and it was all right under the doctors nose. He's been a family eye doctor for years... never going back there

I saw Dr. Harbuck for the first time and I was very pleased with him and his office staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
