Awesome doctor. He was very thorough. I gone other places that they weren't. The stars is super friendly and very helpful and take their time in helping you select your frames. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommend them.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 4:00pm. I was 5. minutes early for my appointment. Everything started out great. I was shown to an exam room and told the doctor would be right with me. 5 minutes later the female receptionist escorted me out to the hallway because they had someone that just needed his pressure check. I was assured that it would only take a minute. After listening to Dr. Kessling talking to his patient for 20 minutes about college tuition and the prices per credit hour and the grandchildren's tuition. They left the room and walk to the front desk and continued their conversation for another 5 minutes until I had waited in the hallway for 30 minutes. I left without having my exam. I will definitely not return, nor will I recommend anyone. Very unprofessional and rude.

I absolutely love the staff at Dr. Keesling's office. Dr. Keesling gives a very thorough exam and always answers any questions I might have. Robin and Don both helped me pick out my new glasses and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Keesling for years. He is always very patient during the exam, making sure that you are getting the correct prescription. His staff is terrific, I see that there are some negative reviews but I haven't had any experience like theirs. I highly recommend Dr. Keesling; I can't imagine a better provider.

Best thorough prescription. I am very happy that we can see again. I got an awful prescription by other place and I couldn't see well for a year until we seen Dr Kesling. The most comprehensive exam and I can read now again lol. He nailed it! Experience matters!

Dr Keesling is a very nice man and I enjoyed his exam. So I take some responsibility for this misshap. 10%. I had my eyes checked and purchased glasses prior to being relocated for work which took me to Kansas City, Mo. while there my glasses broke so I sent them to my wife in Ormond to see if I could get replaced. They did and said that I would have to come in to get adjusted when I was back in town. I was not concerned as they now were a back up pair. When I got back to Florida years later that's the 10% part I own. I took my glasses in to get adjusted they had never been worn but the lenses never seemed correct. When I took them back the gentleman said to me you only have one working lens the other is just plastic. I said well that maybe the issue why I can't see. We discovered when the shop replaced the frames they only put back one of the lenses that had a prescription. I said to the gentleman well can I get my lens put back in and then see if they are better. Figured there had to be a 50% chance right. He agreed and said I will get back to you. We wished each other a happy New Year and I waited. On the 3rd of Jan I receive a call from a lady at the office and says there is nothing she can do it's been to long. I explained I was living out of state and was told that when I was back in town to get them adjusted. She said well you could have sent them back in the mail and they could have adjusted them. So this is where she stepped in it for me. Instead of owning their mistake of only putting in one correct lens. She lied if they could have adjusted them with me not being there why didn't they do it from the beginning when my wife was there. Because you can't adjust them with out the person being there. Then she said the insurance would not cover the lens. They did not have to cover the lens since the paid for them the first time. The error is on them for not putting both lenses back in. So she blamed someone else. I could care less about the glasses I cannot believe an adult would not own up to the mistake. It was not done intentionally I am sure. So now I have a pair of glasses with one prescription lenses and a lense there is clear plastic. The moral of the story for 20/20 Ormond Beach should read 20/0. Who ever they lady running the front should be ashamed of herself. As I saw in other reviews she is consistent, rude arrogant and needs represent the tribe better.

I attempted to make an appointment as a new patient this morning. I asked about the possibility of extended hours appointments (eg, outside of 9-5 M-F). I was met with a very unprofessional, condescending and outright rude attitude by the individual who answered the phone. I understand not all doctors can accommodate these types of requests; however, many do and, given that today is Saturday, and their office is open, I did not feel it impolitic to ask. I feel the nastiness I was treated to was completely uncalled for and just generally a really unpleasant slap in the face. I will most certainly never patronize this particular establishment. There are many others who will be glad to take my money and treat me with dignity and respect while they're doing it.

Robin was excellent in helping me choose my frame. Dr. Keesling's exam was so thorough, such a difference from the 10 minute exams from the chain optical stores!
