Dr. Aliancy is awesome! He takes the time to listen to your questions and answers them completely. He made some changes to my mom's medication and has stopped her glaucoma from worsening. My only regret is that we didn't come here sooner. The staff is friendly and very efficient! I cannot thank the Dr. and his crew enough!

This is a wonderful place to get your eyes checked. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm taking 1 star off due to the very long wait times. A check up that takes 15 minutes total kept us in the office for 2.5 hours. I honestly find that disrespectful to ones time, especially when I'm with an elderly person. Please be more efficient, thank you

The staff here at the Hand Ave office is fantastic. Rachel was the technician that took care of me today and she is so sweet and very thorough and very patient. She walked me through every step of the testing process and made sure I was comfortable throughout it. Dr. Royce is the exact same way. She takes the time to talk to you and explain everything that's going on. She is always concerned that questions are not answered so she ensures she asks a few times so nothing is missed. She will also take the time to make sure you're comfortable enough with all the answers given to you before you leave. I'm so happy I found this practice and Dr. Royce a couple of years ago. I'm definitely a patient for life.

Eye care EXCELLENCE! Dr. Ge performed somewhat difficult surgery on each of my eyes and miraculously I now have 20/20 vision! I am so grateful that I decided to go here for my vision care. The aftercare I received was excellent as well and my healing process went smoothly. Every team member I encountered was caring, kind and professional and I did not experience any long wait times. I will definitely be recommending this practice! Thank you, Dr. Ge, Dr. Royce and staff!

The Dr was wonderful, The staff needs a little help. first eye went well when it came time for the second eye we made arrangements for the room payment on Friday by Monday they said we owed another 150 dollars for fees not charged to the insurance and that it was getting out of hand .we never new we owed another 150 dollars on the day of surgery she came out in front of a full waiting room full of patients in a loud voice and was jumping all over me for 150 dollars I didn't know I owed the only thing I had with me was my phone to call my husband when I was ready to leave. I couldn't of paid at that time ,she wasn't happy. the next day when we went for the post op check she red flaged our account l don't really understand why she was so unhappy with me she seemed happy when she scheduled everything for the surgeries my husband has had one eye done now not sure he wants to have the next eye done there now. some of the staff are really rude and need a little customer service training

Update: Since my last visit I've had a lot better experience at both the Ormond and Port Orange office. Much better communication and the staff has worked hard to fix the issues that I had with the service previously. My vision is much better now and I feel a lot better about choosing this office! I came to this office for an eye exam and possible contact as I've noticed some vision issues over the past few months. My in-office visit was great and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards however, everything has been a mess. The contacts that the doctor prescribed me were never ordered, so when I inquired about the fitting appointment on week two after my intial appointment. I was told they had made an error and never ordered them. I was told that the order would be placed and I would be called the next week about scheduling an appointment for a fitting. Week 4 and 4 days past the second date that I was supposed to be called for a follow up I have not received a call.

I am very happy with Premier Eye group.Especially Dr.Royce I love her She explained everything that I needed to know regarding my laser surgery, and very concern of my Glaucoma since I'm a little young for this disease.she doesn't see just a set of eyes but she see me as an individual and that I appreciate.I never feel like she is rushing me during the visit,she listens to me.well I could go on and on. And Dr. Ge is is also very professional. I do Recommend this group
