This office was amazing, from the people that greeted you to the Dr and everyone in between. Brought my 4yr old daughter here for some concerns and the staff and Dr went above and beyond explaining everything and they were so patient with my daughter. Made her feel comfortable and made it fun. The whole process was easy and painless. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

We visited your clinic via referral from our physical therapist. What a joy to sit in your waiting room while my wife was seen. I observed thoughtful staff caring for patients while they considered frame options and interacted on the phone with appointments, concerns and issues. While a chose not to accompany my wife during her exam I found sitting and watching the staff/patient interaction a fair judge of positive office dynamics.
From a seasoned husband of 51 years whose wife had had vision issues for years due to a TBI ... we have come to the right clinic.

The opthamologist was very nice and he went out of his way to make me comfortable and explain everything to me. The lady in the front office that I dealt with that helped me pick out my glasses was very friendly and welcoming. She figured out my style after a little while and I ended up settling on the frames she recommended. The equipment seem to be up to date and very clean. Thank you for making this experience easier.

I myself haven't had an eye exam, so as a new mom I was nervous about taking my baby in for an eye exam & didn't know what to expect. Dr. Mendez-Orwasky & his team were absolutely amazing. Dr. was very gentle & I could tell his priority was making my son at ease with toys or music before he continue with his exam. He gave me tips & exercises to do at home with my baby to enhance his vision as he grows. I loved to learn some new things. It's clear he really cares about his patients! Even the tiniest ones. Dr. Carol and her husband are exceptional people. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and the practice is very clean. We love their little kid play area for our 3yo. I have a severe visual disability but they were able to get me into a pair of contacts that were perfect for my daily routines and activity level on top of some glasses my wife loves. Great frame suggestions from the receptionist. Fully recommend you stop by to SEE what they can do for you. ;)

I am so thankful for this office and all of the wonderful staff. My son was really struggling in school we knew something was wrong but nobody wanted to help us. When my son entered 4th grade his teacher told us about Vision therapy. Working in the Medical field at the time I was a little skeptical, but willing to try anything to help my son. We set up an appointment and from the moment we walk into the office I knew we had made the right choice. The first 12 weeks my son blossomed. His grades were going up and he had a new confidence. We have seen so much improvement from the day he started therapy. We are so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Michael and Kaydens amazing Therapist Wendy. I would highly recommend this office, and I will always be an advocate for Vision Therapy!
