I had to come in for an emergency visit. I did not have an appointment and the staff got me in quickly. The doctor diagnosed me, gave me an rx and my right eye was better in just 2 days. Thanks to Manatee Family Eyecare for efficient and professional care. Love this place.

I was tired of going to these large eye places where you wait forever for 5 minutes with the doctor. I wanted to try something different and I was pleasantly surprised. This small office felt like home from the start. The staff was friendly. Dr. Hunt was great. This place is really a hidden gem. My glasses came out great. I would highly recommend.

Received my glasses with the upsale of transition and thin lenses. Tried glasses and could not see with them, I toke them back and had them checked since I could not use them as they were. They were not very helpful and wanted to know about my previous glasses. I was never prescribed glasses due to my astigmatism. Sat in back area for over 40 minutes with no help. Went to front desk and requested a refund. I am on a fixed income and the refund is very important. Next day called again about refund and was not helped. This is very upsetting. Still waiting for refund.

My experience with this office has been great. They provide services for routine eye exams and there is a various styles eye glasses to choose from.

Just had the best experience at Manatee Family Eyecare! I love this place! They got me in on time, took as much time as I needed to get my eyes examined. Got fitted for my glasses and contacts within only a few minutes. Pricing was very fair. I do not have insurance and paid out of pocket. I got my exam, 2 pair of glasses and 3 months worth of contacts for under $500.00 I would have paid so much more anywhere else and I loved the selection. So professional and yet personable. Made me feel right at home. This will be my go to eye care into the future. It's only been a couple days and my new glasses are already in for pick up.

My first pair of glasses, they did not listen to me when I said I could not see correctly out of them. They kept on insisting I needed to give my eyes 2 to 3 weeks to adjust. After three weeks of misery, they finally checked the prescription and realized They had reversed my left and right eye prescriptions, even after they fix Their error The glasses still did not function correctly. I opted to go with different frames that were flatter, which they said would correct the issue. I chose a much cheaper pair of frames, but when it came time to give the credit, I felt like I only received a portion of the refund. When I called to have them, double check it, the lady that helped me accuse me of calling her a liar when all I wanted her to do was to verify the price. Very dissatisfied and cheated.

I was first greeted by a friendly woman in the front office. The wait was not very long and I was seen by the tech and then taken back to Dr. Paquin. He was very nice and professional and informative. Very happy with him and the safety in this office. A friendly woman then picked out a new frame for me which I really liked. Great experience all around!

I had a prescription for eye glasses since my insurance gave me this place to go . Picked out the glasses in and out less than 5 mins .Went back to pick them up in and out again less than 5mins again Holly waited on me both time .Very pleasant kind and very professional I would definitely tell ppl to go there very nice place clean and neat
