Connie S. Chiang, OD

Dr. Connie Chiang is my favorite member of my health team. Every time I visit, I am treated with such a caring detail and Dr. Chiang is wonderfully personable and apt at her job. I always walk out with good advice on which frames to get as well, and the office is lovely to schedule and work with for appointments, pick-ups, and frame deliveries. I've been coming here for years but I'm now leaving a review out of sheer gratitude for such a fine doctor and team :-). Thank you and truly looking forward to the next one each time.

This is my first visit and I would not return! The male doctor Chao was phenomenally thorough and kind in his examination (Hence the 2 stars). Dr Chiang however went to bill me out and tried to overcharge me almost $100 for contact lenses. The cost of which is $180 almost everywhere else, she charged me $280! Then when I declined and wanted to only pay for the exam, she charged me $70 when my insurance clearly stated I was only supposed to pay a $10 copay plus any cost after $60. (It's worth noting that she had written all of the costs on a sticky note.) They had to void the initial charge which I now have to wait to return to my account, AND charged my card again for the correct amount of $27! So had I not spoken up, I would have paid an additional $143! Not once did she apologize for her error or her sneaky behavior. I would URGE anyone going here to ask for an itemized breakdown of your visit along with costs. This was very disheartening to see as a new patient.

This is my second time going to an optometrist and this experience was great. Dr Chiang is so warm and kind, you feel great sitting in her chair. She doesn't force glasses on you if you don't need it, which I loved. I would recommend anyone who needs an eye exam or glasses to check out this office.

This was my first visit to Drs. Chiang and Chao. I went there because they were on the list of approved centers for exams and glasses. What a pleasant experience it was! Dr. Chao was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and did not rush me or rush the examination. He explained everything, was honest, and really made me feel like a preferred customer.

Dr. Chiang was amazing and thorough! great bed side manners and also saves you money. I saved $80 on my annual contact lenses. I can see so much clearer than what my previous doctor prescribed me. Thank you so much Dr. Chiang!!!

I have been going here since I first needed glasses as a child. I even drive from another State for my annual exam. Both Dr. Chiang and Dr. Chow are FANTASTIC!! You need to bring your child in??? Do not hesitate to come here. So friendly, your children and you are in the best hands! Front office staff, Maryanne and Lee are very helpful and knowledgeable, call you to remind you of your appt, and will check your insurance prior to you coming in, so there s no hassle while in the office.

I have never been treated with so much care from an eye doctor before. I will come here from now on. I used to go to the bigger corporate locations but they usually rush you out. This was the complete opposite. Truly great service and care. Thank you doctor.

I really can't say enough good things about my experience here. Great service, very thorough, and precise. Dr. Chao was a pleasure to work with, as I'm sure Dr. Chiang is as well.
