Doctor was nice but I felt very rushed. It's almost as if she wants the patient in and out. Honestly, it was the fastest eye exam I ever had. I don't like that feeling during an appointment with a doctor.

Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Made sure I was comfortable with everything and had great customer service. They were very patient with me while picking out my glasses and going over all of my options. Truly a wonderful experience.

Doctor is very nice, but did like the practice of recommending contact lenses without a trial period. For someone who hasn't used contacts, this solution could be a waste of money if the contacts end up causing discomfort, headaches, or redness of the eye. What if I don't want it after all, a trial period could help determine that, which is not provided. They show you how to put it on and take it off, you try it and decide there and then if you want to proceed by paying the $100+. Kind of disappointing.

Beautiful location. Dr. Siby Varughese is so extremely nice and helpful. She is so informative and answers any and all types of questions. I've been going here for here and have never had an issue. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They have been there for years as well which is nice when being a recurrent customer.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Siby Varughese. I never met a medical person so cold, like a rock. I really don't know if she just had a bad day or what. I work in healthcare too but I try to satisfy all my patients and to be pleasant and patient with everyone. Dr. Siby first of all, she didn't introduce herself, I was hoping she is not the doctor, unfortunately she was. She had no patience to explain and answer my questions regarding my eye, vision. I had couple of questions since I had a retina detachment years before. She answered short and cold giving on unpleasant look every time I had a question. I tried to be sweet and telling her "thank you for your patience" but was no reaction to that neither, no "welcome" no nothing. The saddest part is that her prescription for my eyeglass is totally wrong too. I had the feeling it's not good and shortly after the visit with her I got to another doctor. Since between the two doctor visits was short, two weeks only I had to pay from my pocket because my insurance was used to get a useless prescription from her. The doctor I went true gave me a new accurate prescription for glasses and he also answered all my questions in the most understandable way and very professionally. I was going for eyeglasses for such a long time to their office and I was always professionally treated by Robert who is the best and most knowledgeable. I am sorry that I can't go back anymore to have my eyeglasses there since the insurance gives the best coverage if is used the whole package in the same place. Unfortunately I can't recommend Dr. Siby.

My experience was excellent. The staff we're very friendly. Dr. Siby was so nice she took her time with me and explained to me about the before and after pictures for my eyes. I would recommend people about ger and Lens Crafters.
