I absolutely love coming here. I've been coming since I was 15 and I loved it then. Now I bring my 4 year old and I'm so glad I did because he loves it. Dr Chiang was AMAZING with my 4 year old and was so understanding humble and encouraging. This reminds me of what it's like to have your own local doctor and I'm so glad I went back.

Absolutely worst experience ever! I had scheduled 2 back-to-back appointments and confirmed both the day prior. My mom and I arrived early with the paperwork completed. After waiting 35 minutes, I retrieved the paperwork and told the assistant that we were leaving because the wait was unacceptable, especially since there 2 people before us. The assistant wasn't apologetic, nor did she seem to care. Her justification was "things come up." Honestly speaking, a better job should have been done spacing out the patient appointments.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years, now my kids are patients as well. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Chaing and Dr.Chao are the most pleasant, patient, empathetic and thorough doctors I've ever met. I live pretty far away from their office and probably pass 50 optometrists but i don't care, nobody compares.

Amazing service! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge by Dr. Walter Chao. I have had a condition on my right eye since I was born, and I have been examined by MANY optometrists throughout my life, but no one has been as detailed and knowledgeable as Dr. Chao. For the first time I can actually feel like I fully understand my condition, how it affects my vision, and what I can do to improve it. This is definetly a place I'll keep coming to check my eyes every year. All the staff was nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Eye exams are not my favorite appointment to get done but I can honestly say that Dr. Chiang and Dr. Chao made it a smooth process for me. For starters, they're very detailed and take their time during the exam. They answered all my questions and did not rush my appointment. Dr. Chao is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to eye health and provides expertise on subjects around eye health. I am very pleased with my exam and highly recommend calling to schedule an exam or to get help with any of your eye concerns.

She is kind, understanding, attentive and reassuring if you're a little nervous about getting your exam done. The lady at the front desk has been there for years and she is the nicest!!
