I had a fantastic experience at Elite Vision Eye Center on University. Dealing with deteriorating vision is stressful, but the entire staff--from the receptionist to the specialists and the optometrist--was professional and top-notch. A huge thank you to Johnny, who went above and beyond. His attention to detail and constant encouragement made all the difference in my care. If you're looking for knowledgeable experts who actually care about their patients, this is the place to go!

I have been going to Elite Vision for years, and my experience has consistently been exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible customer service. In particular, I can't speak highly enough of Johnny. He is a true professional who goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive one. Johnny is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, from the different lens options to the details of my insurance coverage. He's always ready with helpful advice and genuinely cares about finding the best solution for my needs. The entire team at Elite Vision is top-notch, but Johnny is a standout. He's a huge part of why I keep coming back year after year. I have had broken glasses fixed with new frames. Recently I came down with severe dry eye. I dont know what I would have done without them. After two other eye doctors just said use dry eye drops that after time dont work. My eye hurt so much like getting shocked electrically. My eye was so sensitive it hurt to touch to clean. Today I am better no pain. Doing my treatments and drinking water and my supplements and special drops worked. Thank you so much

This place is great. I had gone to a different eye doctor before, and the prescription was off, so I came back here and the difference in customer service was incredible. I went in not knowing what was going on with my eyes or why my contacts never seemed right. Johnny stayed after hours to figure it out, and once he did, he explained everything clearly and tailored the prescription to my specific needs. It was really refreshing coming from other places that don't seem to care. Johnny and the optometrist were both super friendly and helpful! Overall, an amazing experience :)

The service I got at Elite Vision Center was absolutely the best. The professionalism was the highest level. I received the glasses and the product was better than I expected. Thank you Johnny!

I can't say enough good things about this eye doctor experience. I used a groupon which was a fantastic price. The office staff were friendly and timely. They offered me a great price on contacts and did not pressure me when I declined. (If I did not have a credit to 1800 contacts that I've been trying to use for years now I would have gone with their deal). They gave me 2 trial pairs of contacts. One of the current ones I wear and a newer, upgraded version of the ones I wear. Dr. Miles Glasser was efficient and adorable. Very personable. You can tell he loves his job. I would go back in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Terrible customer service and long wait time. Came in early for my 10:15am appointment only to be waiting over 40 min. When I simply just asked how much longer the wait is, the skinny bald headed guy was extremely rude and condescending. Saying "I've never been to the Dr's and not expected to wait" Instead of apologizing in a sincere manner for the inconvenience, he instead proceeded to stand there and try to argue with me and give excuses. What a waste of time! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, it appears that the last 2 negative reviews they received in the last 2 months clearly had the same issue with this bald headed mans horrible customer service and long wait time.

The staff at Elite have always gone above and beyond, saying, 'No problem, we'll meet you there' whenever I need immediate assistance. Their dedication to patient care is truly outstanding. What's even more special is that my entire family is part of 'The Elite Club.' I love this for me!
