It was my first time visiting this place and area, and I highly recommend this place. I love the virtual assistance that she has. The two young ladies did very well. Speaking with the ophthalmologist, I absolutely love her energy. She didn't miss a beat. She sees everything and will mention it as well. The service was quality services, and I feel very comfortable with her recommendation. It was worth the 30-minute drive. Very calm and soothing while examining my grandson. I absolutely will return.

Let me just say amazing! So professional kind attentive and made my son feel like family. Might I add doctor G was also working alone and she met above my standards definitely come here if your in need of comfortability and great energy! Overall great experience

Dr. Lal operated on me at a very young age and I am an adult now and have never had issues. She is the best strabismus and eye muscle surgeon. Years later I still see her because I trust her with everything. She is the best doctor any child could ask for as she has really changed my life and allowed me to achieve all my success.

I love this doctor, my brother and I both been coming here for years. I am now an adult and I'm still coming to her doctor is very personable very thorough. The office is very efficient. It's my one stop shop for all my eyecare issues. Conversations are great and she is very supportive of her patients over the years and i can tell that she loves watching them develop and grow . highly recommend this Dr.

So this is my 2nd time going this office . First I went with my daughter then took her for follow up and my son was with me when asked doctor if you can see my son as well .they were great in accommodating my family and the process was so quick and for a specialist office I was surprised at joe efficient it was. Very good doctor as well. Extremely thorough and does not miss a thing on the exam. She is very methodical and with the follow Ups she explains the process so well. My daughter followed through the treatment and got a great outcome. Highly recommend this office and specialist. I will be making an appointment for myself as well!

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely impatient, irritated, and unhelpful. The call did not last more than 4 minutes. She was rushing me to speak, interrupting me, and telling me that until I did not have more information they could not help me. When I told her that I had the information, but I needed time to explain she responded that their office could not service me. How rude is that? They do know that their patients pay for the services? There is no way I will ever call them back. I am still on shock of the terrible customer service. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THAT OFFICE.

Great practice to bring your child or family to. Dr. Garima is a great physician. She has seen our first child and is continuing on to see our other child. Her practice had all the paperwork available to do online before we arrived to the appt. Very quick service. The young lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional.

This doctor is amazing. Her office is so advanced, if you do what they ask and register in advance the whole process is so easy and when you get to office you will see how easy it is. This place is so efficient and she is a great doctor.
