I don't usually write reviews, but this experience meant a lot to me. I walked into LensCrafters feeling really depressed and overwhelmed, and Charlie had no idea that I was carrying so much emotional stress! Yet he met me with so much warmth and kindness. He genuinely asked how I was doing, and that simple moment meant more than he'll ever know.
His calm, gentle voice and soft-spoken nature helped ease my anxiety in a way I didn't expect. Especially after a previous eye appointment elsewhere (America's Best) where I was treated dismissively and made to feel like my concerns didn't matter, this experience was the complete opposite.
Charlie and Dr. Siby Varughese truly listened to me. The entire staff was patient, polite, and caring, but Charlie was the standout STAR and deserves all of his flowers!!! He didn't just help me with my appointment !!! He helped lift my spirits and completely changed the tone of my day. I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness I was shown here. Thank you Charlie

I recently bought a pair of glasses from LensCrafters in Pembroke Lakes Mall. The woman (Bibi) who sold me the glasses was helpful, patient and nice. The gentleman (Robert) who assisted me when I went to pick up my glasses was super nice too! He made sure everything was great with my new glasses and even tightened an old backup pair that I had with me. It was a seamless, easy experience and my glasses were ready in 3 business days! Wow! I will definitely go back!
