I went in just to see what glasses I could get and have an idea of what could look good on me, never thought of just getting my glasses right away. Well that definitely change once Caroline helped me. She was so sweet and attentive to what I wanted. Helped me choose the right glasses for myself and was so honest about what looked good and what didn't. She wasn't just looking for me to spend a lot of money and not helping.
She was the best honestly! Made me feel so comfortable and helped me so much! From picking different frames and prices, to being completely honest about what I was getting. I will definitely go to her again if I need another pair of glasses!! The easiest purchase I've ever made!

First of all, Happy 2026 to all! Im thrilled to say I visited the Lens Crafters in Pembroke Pines store #0884. When i tell you it was the most incredible experience!!! I made it a priority to leave a review once I got home. About the store: clean, accessible, fully stocked, visibility as far as categorize products was very user friendly, and fresh aroma as soon as you step in. Customer service: you couldn't ask for better! Literally the ladies (Caroline & Jessica) was so inviting and accommodating. It was genuine goodness! I was greeted and I told Caroline exactly the purpose for my visit: ray ban AI prescriptive glasses. I was literally in and out store in and out in 45 minutes. Caroline took an assessment, got my insurance(under 6 min), size me up, made great suggestion, made adjustment, went over signing, billing(jessica help with billing), finalized me and I pick up my glasses 7 to 10 days done! We laughed, shared life changing stories, and I promise you Ill be back!!!! U rock

Great experience at your Pembroke Pubes Plaza location. The 2 employees you have working there provided great customer service. You are lucky to have them there. I was shopping at the Pembroke Pines Plaza shopping on a Sunday when my glasses broke. I spotted the LensCrafters and was hoping they could help since I needed them to drive. The employees in the store couldn't have been more helpful. They provided a quick repair and good as new. They were a lifesaver. I also observed them helping another customer and provided them the same level of customer service. Over the top very helpful. This will be the first place I go the next time I need glasses or other service. Thanks again.

I'm very grateful for bthe service I received. The moment that I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly. Amberly (potential misspelling) and Jessica were rockstar associates. There was a third associate whose name I have forgotten, but I want to acknowledge her, too, for greeting me kindly upon arrival and stating my intake process. From my preliminary checkup to shopping for new eyeglass frames, I was treated with great respect. In fact, I can truly say that they made my experience very fun and enjoyable.
Initially, I visited because my prior eye doctor is no longer in my medical plan's network. So, I found Dr. Sobriel (potential misspelling) at your company. She was phenomenal. The moment that I walked into her exam room, she greeted me professionally and explained the checkup procedure. I was so impressed with her that I told her that I'm switching permanently to her due to the amazing experience that I was having at her LensCrafters' location.
In closing, LensCrafters has found a new customer in me.
