Today I had one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had in all my years living in this country. For the first time, I was seen by the optometrist here, and I was truly impressed: the consultation was fast, clear, and efficient. He doesn't waste time, doesn't overcomplicate things, and provides care with confidence and precision.
I also want to highlight Ms. Nilda, the Manager Mily , who has been assisting me for many years with dedication and professionalism. Her consistency and kindness make every visit special. Today, together with the doctor Kesselman, they confirmed that this place embodies all the qualities one looks for in vision care.
I wholeheartedly recommend this optical center: efficiency, respect, professionalism, and a human touch that makes all the difference.

My husband has had a terrible experience at this store. He ordered prescription glasses at the beginning of December 2025. The representative advised him that the glasses would arrive within a few days, which they did, but the prescription was completely wrong. We were told we would receive the corrected glasses with the right lenses within 7 business days.
Now it is January 14th, and the store continues to give me the runaround, telling me that a manager will follow up because they are very "busy." However, no one ever returns our calls. This has become a nuisance, as he cannot properly see since he does not have his glasses with the correct lenses. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this store, as they are very disorganized and cannot provide helpful information on when my husband's glasses will be ready.

This location was a nightmare to deal with. After multiple failed attempts to get my prescription glasses done correctly, I was given a pair with loose lenses and one cracked lens.
The manager Juan was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for a defective product or properly resolve the issue. During earlier attempts, Raiza handled my order, and those experiences were also rude, poorly and unprofessionally managed.
It is unacceptable for a company like LensCrafters to deliver defective products and then refuse to take accountability. Thankfully, another location stepped in and is now handling the situation properly. Avoid this location.

Nicolas went above and beyond, helping me with insight as to which frames went well with my facial features, prescription, etc. I chose a pair of Prada frames which are truly beautiful. I am a longtime LenCrafters customer because they truly never disappoint. However, the big-time kudos go to Nicolas for his patience, wit, and overall outstanding customer service.
