Excellent optical store with top tier service and quality. Michelle in optical helped me choose the perfect Gucci frames, and made the lens change process seamless clear lenses with blue light filter, transitions, anti-reflective, anti scratch, and a 1 year warranty. Carmen in customer service got my glasses to arrive way earlier than expected. Everything was fast, smooth, and high quality. Highly recommend this place and their amazing team!

I had an excellent experience with my ophthalmologist and everyone in the office. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient from check-in to check-out. The office is well organized and welcoming. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and kindness from the entire team and highly recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care.

One hour wait since check in and no one acknowledges your presence or updates you that the doctor will see you soon, if at all. Visits here used to be exemplary. However now there's limited interaction. No one at the desk. Service has really truly plummeted. If you have an appointment be prepared to wait for an extended period of time. Just to be clear Dr Preschel is amazing. I'd never go to anyone else. It's just the wait time and lack of interaction or updates prior to seeing the doctor that I have an issue with. Dr Preschel is the best Opthamologist in Florida and he takes time with each of his patients and his attention to detail is great and he cares for his patients. He truly listens and explains everything to his patients. He is five star.

Premium Eye Center accommodated me as an Emergency first time patient with an appointment the same day! Wow! I was so impressed by the Professionalism from the time I scheduled the Appointment and all the way thru! This office is run more efficient than any medical facility I have ever been to! Every single staff member I met was very kind, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Preschel was excellent! He knew I was nervous and scared and his approach was gentle and put me at ease. His knowledge is superb! I have complete confidence in his exceptional skills to treat my condition. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care needs.

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Perschel's work, I would! I was treated by Dr. Perschel, and visited his office for appointments several times. I'm thankful to be able to honestly express that I've had only good experiences, and excellent treatment from Dr. Perschel himself, and also from his staff. They have always been courteous and professional, all of them! Dr. Perschel performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and also deposited a vision correcting lens on both my right and left eye. The left lens is for long distance, the right lens is for reading. They perform their work for me independently, but also adjust themselves to work together as needed. They flawlessly adapt to my needs to see far distances, and without prompts transition again for quick, or extended close-up viewing. I never have to perform any tricks to get one lens to work, boot up, or anything of the sort. Both lenses work very well, allowing me to see with great clarity all day long. To restate, both corrective lenses give me perfectly sharp vision, and work flawlessly at all times! Naturally before surgery I was very concerned. For years I dragged my feet to have this procedure done, but I can now confidently testify with assurance that Dr. Perschel is a truly great doctor, and a very kind, and gentle man. I recommend his work highly and without reserve!

I wanted to write a sincere review, so I've waited several weeks after having had my vision implants done. I can say now with assurance that Dr. Perschel is truly a great doctor! He performed the work on my eyes with expertise and mastery. I'm perfectly happy, and content with the implants he chose for me, and fitted me with. I have no complaints at all. I have only good things to say about his work, and also his office is run very well. They are a wonderful reflection of their very capable doctor. The overall experience was really a great one. Dr. Perschel put a close up lens on one eye, and a lens for far away vision on the other eye. I was concerned that I'd have a problem adjusting my vision between the two, but I have had no problems at all. My far away vision is sharp, and my closeup vision is also sharp. I'm able to see clearly, and very well!

I have been under the care of Premium Eye Center with Dr. Nelson Preshell for cateracts and glacoma . I recommend his service's without reservation.When I thought I was going to go blind He performed and treated my eyes eyes with surgery and laser treatment successfully. Where as now I hope to be able to see , which for me was critical as I am a working artist, and one cannot paint what he cannot see. His professional care and many years of expierence made all the difference. He went the extra mile for me, knowing my anxiety his confident reassurance was a great comfort.
