My personal eye doctor called the doctor at this facility because I have a problem with my left eye. I had called no response. Today I called 8 times and NO ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. Guess they don't care if another physician calls and asks for them to see their patient with a problem. I will let my personal physician to not bother calling this place because obviously they could care less Lucy Vanpelt I've called several more times still no response and if you need care for your eyes it is important and a responsible provider would take this seriously obviously they care nothing about eye health. There is absolutely no response from them that would make this situation acceptable. I asked my eye doctor to call correct vision. I can tell you that they care. If you have an eye problem call correct vision not these people.

Amazing service! They helped me fix my lens quickly and professionally. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the results--my camera is working like new again. Highly recommend!

Awesome great Doctor. Great staff. The Doctor actually cares about getting you in the right Rx not just taking your money. They all were caring with my children. The Doctor even found an astigmatism in my child's eye which no other Doctor took the time to research. I would highly recommend this Doctor with her excellent and knowledgeable staff. Plus the place is clean. No wait times. Just a great place!

I brought my mother to this office last Saturday and I was very impressed by Dr.Magdalena Saint Louis. She was so kind and patient with my mother. We appreciated her professionalism and her taking the time to address my mother's questions. We are blessed to find such a great doctor:) I highly recommend her!

As far as exam goes Dr. Saint-Louis is super nice and thorough. She explains everything in detail for you to understand. Great location and everyone at the office is nice. Not much selection for frames but everything else is great.

I am very very pleased with my experience today. From the minute I walked in and upon my exit. The receptionist was very helpful with the paper work and very nice. When I met Dr. Saint-Louis I knew immediately my experience was going to be awesome. She answered all my questions and left no doubt in my mind. I literally felt at home. I highly recommend any one think about walking in tho her office. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This place is useless. Set an appointment a week ago Waited 1/2 hour, filled out paperwork and then they told me they could not get authorization from my insurance. Here's a hint about doing business, do your job and get the authorization when I schedule my appointment and don't waste my time. Sorry I couldn't give them less than one star.

My appointment was at 2:30 . I arrived at 2:15 and the door was locked. The lady doctor arrived at 2:45, there were 3 other people waiting. No apology just "I was having lunch" I cancelled my appointment!!
