The team at Visionworks in Pembroke Pines, FL is absolutely outstanding. Every time I visit--whether for an appointment or assistance with anything--I am met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met, and their excellent work truly deserves recognition. You can clearly see the passion they have for what they do. I would especially like to acknowledge Jennifer, Ginny, Jheanel, Sigrid, and Dr. Calviero, who have all helped me tremendously. Each of them is wonderful, attentive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Thank you all for the care you provide and for helping people receive what they truly need. This level of service is rare, but at this location, you genuinely feel the passion, teamwork, and welcoming environment every time you walk in. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at the Visionworks in Pembroke Pines on the corner of Pines & Flamingo. Especially after the experience I'd had at LensCrafters earlier in the day. I LOVE how Visionworks organizes glasses by design and price point!! So efficient and effective. If I wanted rectangle glasses in a certain price point, I knew Exactly where to look and didn't have to waste a lot of time which was Super helpful for me because I had my young son with me and he did Not have the patience! I remember spending over 2 hours just going through the inventory at LensCrafters because their store Wasn't organized the way Visionworks does theirs! Visionworks was very clean, warm, welcoming, and inviting. The customer service was superb - friendly and quick! They had literally exactly the glasses I had been looking for! Overall Great and affordable glasses options, all cute and in various styles. They also of course take most insurances so made everything very affordable. I was so happy I had to tell both my husband and my sister about how great my experience was. So glad I went to Visionworks, they will certainly be getting my & my family's business from this day forward!

Love the location of this Visionworks I've been going to this location for about 3 year. Make your appointment on-line first. Front desk check in was easy, friendly and fast. (no waiting) Dr. Nguyen was excellent as always. Explained everything during test and procedures. Michelle was fantastic at processing my new glasses and payment.

Went in to get 2 prescriptions frame/glasses. Experience went well with no issues. I called back a couple days because my glasses were giving me issues and it ended up being the curvature of the frames. So I switched out my two frames for ones with less curvature and asked if I needed to pay any difference. I was told by a female worker no. 3 days later I get a voicemail saying to call them. I called and spoke to another lady saying I owed 56.70. I asked that my Oakley frames that I traded in for my Nike were 50 more and there should have been a credit. Regardless she said I owed 56.70. I agreed and asked if I can pay over the weekend. I called today to pay the money and another lady told me now I needed to pay 150. How does the price keep going up. Unreal. At this point I just want my single frames and go somewhere else. Unreal. No communication whatsoever so ever. I have been coming here for years but this time I will go somewhere else

My husband and I both got our eyes tested here and we got 2 frames each. Special thanks to Ginny! She was very friendly, informative and patient with us (especially me, cause I took sooo long) Will definitely come back!

The customer service at this vision works location is unmatched! Very kind staff all around and extremely helpful during the entire process from glasses selection to insurance assistance! Staff is always quick and willing to assist! Great location!
