I'm writing this before my appointment because I'm SO irritated. I don't even know if the doctors are any good but the rest of the staff absolutely sucks. Nobody is capable of doing their job correctly!! I made my appointment with Kenia from the call center a week before my actual appointment. I confirmed THREE TIMES before hanging up the phone. I leave work early and go to my appointment that's HALF AN HOUR AWAY. I get there, they say my appointment is for the next day. I reschedule for a closer office. The day of my new appointment, I call in the morning to double confirm for my afternoon appointment. The OFFICE, not the call center, CONFIRMS. 10 minutes later, I'm getting a call saying that I won't be able to get a consultation done in the office closer to me. That I have to drive AGAIN, to the far af location, AT A LATER TIME than my original appointment. I JUST WANT A CONSULTATION FOR LASER EYE SURGERY AND THIS IS ALL A MESS. Why have a call center if nobody is on the same page??! Beyond annoyed. Unprofessional, incompetent people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
