Center For Sight - Pensacola

I took my dad to an appt while I was in town. I have to say that the staff there was AMAZING! ESPECIALLY an amazing woman named Amanda. The nicest most kind woman! She was so kind to my dad who is elderly and has trouble hearing. I would 100% recommend this place!

The check in at Center For Sight was friendly and kind. It was a bit of a wait for the appointment . The young lady who did the eye test was okay but strictly business only. My husband is special needs and I think she could have been a little more attentive to his feelings. Anyway, when we saw the doctor, he was thorough about my husband's needs and he explained everything clearly so we could understand what choices we needed to make or not make for the care of my husband's eyes.

The Center For Sight is a really nice place and they have both ophthalmologist and optometrist they are very through. And I actually am giving it 4.5 stars and I could easily give them 5 stars, but... from my only experience with them yesterday they were really busy and had a long wait time as they were behind. So much so that I actually went to the counter and ask if she was sure I was checked in. (twice) She assured me I was checked in, but never really looked up or ask me my name. So that made me nervous. So her response the first time I went to the counter is what caused me to check again with her. I also ended up asking if they were behind schedule and she said yes. I did have to wait a while. I did see my ophthalmologist. But like I said they are a really good group. They do make me confident in what they do. So I am impressed with them all. For a business that large I can see why there is a delay. I have a visual field test Monday at that location. So will I have to wait a while on the second visit? In the end what matters to me if I have to be around too many people for long periods. So that (the wait time) is my ONLY complaint really. Even the young lady that really didn't bother to check my name. I can see why now as they put the information in upstairs as soon as you put your sheet of paper in the in tray I get that now. Being my first visit I didn't really know what to expect. I will be better prepared next time. So, heck yeah, a great place.

They are friendly and professional. The team worked around my crazy schedule to make sure I had a good exam and made it to my next appointment on time. I really appreciate them working with me on this.

Everyone at this office is kind, professional, attentive to details, and carries themselves with an attitude that shows they are happy where they work. From the top down. Dr. Harbour is my new hero, after squeezing me in quickly with an eye trauma, getting me the right prescriptions for healing, follow up appointments, and all around amazing care. Highly recommend this place!

My appointment was a follow up with Dr Clinton Fletcher. I really like him. He answered all my questions, and has a sense of humor. I met Liz his assistant, and found her friendly and professional as well. Would absolutely recommend him for eye care.

Horrible experience. Long wait times, confusing instructions on what to prepare for on day of surgery, had to go to 3 different locations instead of 1, poor attitudes from staff members. I suggest you go to another place for eye care to avoid what I went through
