So happy that they take the time to explore my eye issues in depth. The doc listened to what I had to say, asked many questions and did several different types of exams to try to diagnose and treat my problem. Should be getting glasses in a few days and I'm so excited for the changes I should experience.

If you can go anywhere else, then do so. Take the extra time to drive to Gainesville, it would be better. This place runs on poor customer service, even after the last person left the front desk. They make you wait 6 months for appointments, but if I pay cash I can walk in. This place hardly ever has people in it, but cannot service the community. SAD! Will say that the Dr himself is great to work with, his staff is HORRIBLE

Only wish I could give them a zero. I called in May hoping to get in over the summer - earliest appt was for Sept. i received a call three days before the appt, doctor wouldn't be in and the earliest appt would now be the end of October. Not happening ...called a doctor in Tallahassee and got an appt for the next day. Wish I would have called them in May.
