Excellent experience!!! Came early and was taken right back. Whole experience was under an hour. The lady fitting my glasses took time with me to show me glasses that fit my face and were stylish. All in all spent less money as self pay than I ever have with insurance! Definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

I be been a customer maybe for 5 years in December 2025 I went for eye exam and glasses had a prescription with a little change in My reading After some weeks I received my glasses and I wore them for 11 days They gave me a horrible headache I could not read and I had to use my old ones I went back to the store and I explained to Marla the Manager the situation She wasn't nice to me at all. She slammed her hands on the desk and said what you want me to do you want your money back ? And also mentioned that couple years ago I had the same problem with a new prescription that I had back then I was polite even if she wasn't and I told her yes and I had to go back to my old prescription and the problem was fixed couple years ago After she mentioned all these I told her I'm Not her for my money back I'm here to help me maybe go back to my old prescription or do some adjustments I paid almost $300 She said ok I will do some adjustments but she was still so unprofessional and with attitude After the adjustments (she sent my glasses out) I got my glasses in January middle of January I think Is a little bit better but still I have difficulties reading but what's the point to go back and have this attitude and she is so rude I remember years ago and me and my husband started to go to this store Marla was ok not the politest person but she was ok but now No she is not I felt that she was trying to accuse me that I do this on purpose Definitely I'm not going to this store in port richey and I'm Not sure if I will ever go to Americans best ever again Definitely I don't recommend the store in Port richey

I was there yesterday and Roberto was very professional and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. He showed passion to work there. I recommend to everybody. Also Theodora was very nice and professional. I am so happy we her.

Staff was nice in helping me get my warranty replacement . I'm leaving five stars because the staff was nice However company wise the company couldn't find the same frame I bought not even a year ago to replace So I would of had to pick a new frame type - there was nothing by Ray bans that looked good so I had no replacement choice Instead I only replaced the lens and still have the scratched frame I feel if you sell a frame you should keep them on hand for the warranty period of your customers .. really wish I had the frame replaced too - it why I came here and paid for this warranty. So employees 5 stars Company service 2.5 stars

Hi guys, I'm the person that came in the other day with my new glasses. Said I needed an attitude adjustment . Anyways great friendly service, very helpful on the selection of glasses to pick from. Pricing also very reasonable. You all are fantastic. Thanks again.

Marla is the best great adjusting your frames and making them fit perfect and comfortable on your face which if you wear glasses you know is a big deal

Wonderful customer service!! My daughter got contacts for the first time at 9 years old. The whole staff was so helpful In helping her, especially Marla who sat with us for almost 2 hours helping her learn how to get her contacts in and out!!! Definitely recommend any one with little ones to go here to get glasses/contacts!!!! She was so compassionate and beyond patient! 10 out of 10!!!
