I'm writing this review in hopes it reaches a manager. I was in there today on the 22nd at 12pm. There was a gentleman in there who harassed and screamed at one of the workers. He threatened her and other guests including me. For no reason at all. He said he would be back to talk to a manager. I just wanted to say she did absolutely nothing wrong. He was out of line. She handled it very professionally and better than most would have. He should not be allowed back in there he scared not only the staff but my children.

I have been to this office 4 times now and have had to wait over 30 minutes in average. They are always overbooked and behind and doctor prioritizes her vendor representatives over her booked appointments. They should be able to do a better job.
