Some staff members were unprofessional and also rude. We were not greeted when we walked in or out. My son purchased Gucci frames and lenses. When he went to pick them up she handed him Gucci frames inside of a Nike case no cloth to wipe or anything. That's not cool after spending over $800.00.
The female Dr was Great! The two in the front both the man and woman were both rude and disrespectful. I will never return !

We have been going to Optics Soho for many years. They are fabulous and have great customer service. Eric and Carol are extremely helpful and patient. The original draw to them was their high quality frames and lenses and the great variety of them. I highly recommend looking at them even if you typically use the big chains stores. I never leave reviews but Dr Dahlberg is absolutely amazing. I was having issues with an eye infection - her team accommodated me and I was able to see her the same day I called. She has an incredible bedside manner, super knowledgeable, and a plus - absolutely hilarious as well (haven't laughed at a doctors office in my entire life). I will be sticking with her for all my eye care from here on out!

Very happy with my experience at Soho Optics from the eye exam through my purchase of contacts and glasses. The contacts were a trial and trial experience and Dr Dahlberg and her staff were great helping me get the right contacts for me. Eric was very patient as I tried on multiple frames (sometimes more than once) and then ensured they fit properly. And I love that they follow up after your appointments to ensure everything is going as you expect and offer their assistance for any issues.
