I am very pleased with this Opti-Mart! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately. I was there for contacts and glasses testing. There was a contact sizing fee which may be standard?but they were transparent about it and asked if that was okay before I even paid my copay so I was not blind sided at all. I was taken care of first by Sebastian (the assistant) who was professional when testing my vision with the contacts and tested my glasses. Then I waited about 2 minutes until Dr. Honeyblue welcomed me to her examination room. She was not only a professional, but a great personality. I felt taken care of throughout the whole experience!! Very happy with the service and care I received

Great experience from start to finish! The eye exam was thorough and comfortable, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and super helpful when choosing frames, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I can't wait to get my glasses in two weeks! I highly recommend this place!

Will never ever go again. What a rip off. Took mom there for her reading glasses. She has Humana, $300 credit, on top of that they were going to charge us almost another $300 for some ugly cheap frames. Took our prescription and left. Was gonna go there as a family. But no thank you. I am sure you are there to make money, that's fine. But to rip people off like that, a senior too. No thank you. By the way she get her glasses every year up in Ohio, no more than $50 for out of pocket, many times free, last year she picked out a nice coach frame. $80 out of pocket.... But $300 out of pocket, bye Felicia! Never looking back. And the lady didn't even care to offer us something else, that my senior didn't have to pay too much out of pocket. Never again.

I had a great experience during my last appointment 2 years ago and was looking forward to book a new one with Dr. Hunt. I've changed insurance and made sure that the Sun City location was in network by checking the insurance website. The lady at scheduling asked for my member ID, which I provided, but then ask what plan I had. I replied that I wasn't sure, that maybe it was an information that they could confirm with my insurance when they will confirm my co-pay. She stated and insisted that she couldn't schedule my appointment without that info. Well, I decided to take my business elsewhere and, although I didn't know what kind of plan I have, I was told that as long as I provided my ID number and I was on the list provided by the insurance I was good, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled.

The MOST HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK THERE!!! My Family and I have been going there for years and since the store changed all it's people IT'S BEEN HORRIBLE! THE WOMEN WORKING HAVING NASTY ATTITUDES WON'T HELP WITH ANYTHING ESPECIALLY TO THE ELDERLY THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND A LOT OF THINGS OR CAN'T HEAR VERY WELL! The Manager wouldn't even get up to speak about why I was so ANGRY they are a rip off

They cancelled my appointment without calling me and then refused to check the cameras when someone stole my sunglasses. Then she said the cameras didn't work anyway after she said she didn't have the authority to check them. So what is the point of having cameras?!
